Master don, Do you know who owns the black karmann ghia in your picture? was going through my mums old modeling photos and she posed next to that very car (2sri 1980) when it was first brought down by the agents! pic was taken around 1955 or so by photographer carl andreas. will post the pic sometime on 'historic images' thread. please do let me know any info you may have on it... thanks!

Yes, 3rd gen sportages brought down by kia lanka are all 2 litre. only varient being petrol or diesel.

Damith, iv had the sportage 2012 for a year now and have done 7500kms. i get around 7kmpl (petrol,FWD,auto) in average traffic and hardly any colombo running. On outstation runs avg of 10 or so. The ride is a bit firm, but that helps it corner well. If i had to pick a vehicle all over again, id pick the sportage without any hesitation. Only negative is the breaks. They are noisy and are rumored to wear out by the 20k mark. Well whatever you decide to buy, good luck!!

Ashik, i know how crappy the staff of the agency are and i sympathise with you. I have been through hell with them as too, so gave them a lil piece of hell in return. ld say gather all the evidence, head over there and fight for your right. its the agents mistake and if you make it a massive issue they have no option but to sort it out... just make sure you dont leave the showroom until something is done to correct your issue.
