Finally found that Toyota Prius comes with a Turn signal flasher and Prius C does not contain a flasher. So I guess Aqua also behaves as Prius C. See the attached diagrams

Hi, Hyper flashing is a well known phenomina by now when you install LED turn signal bulbs. In order to avoid it you can do many things. 1. Install bulbs that comes with a parallel resistor 2. Manually install a parallel resister for the bulbs which does not contain a parallel resistor. 3. Change the normal Flash relay to a LED Flash relay. I've got 4 LED signal bulbs recently from Aliexpress and they are with good brightness level compared to the original incandescent bulbs. I loved the ON-OFF behaviour of the LED bulbs than the fading away behavoiur of the incandescent bulbs. But the problem I've got is the Hyper flashing. Since I already have the bulbs I have to go for either option 2 or 3 in the above. I personally do not like to the option 2 since it requires manual cut/insulate + possible burnt resistor that might ignite a fire. So my preference is to install a LED flash relay. Then I searched to find the flash relay location and I could not find it. Then I search the internet and , surprisingly not many results were there too. There were 2 foriegn threads for Prius C and they also have concluded like this car does not comes with a flasher relay, but it is operated by the signals from ECU itself. Can anyone please confirm the availability or unavailability of the flasher relay in toyota Aqua. ( I have a car manufactured in 2015 face lifted version). I need the location of the relay If it is available. Thank you

If you or anyone else is not riding the car, then it is better not to register it. Then you will get a latest number plate for the same cost(hopefully, unless govt imposes a new tax for that as well )

Yes, It really worked after few days, until then Auto function just didn't work. May be the CPU is confirming that the system is working correctly before activating the auto funtion.

Sorry for the late reply. It was happened to me as well. http://forum.autolanka.com/topic/13246-allion-260-glass-stucked/ With some help from AL members, I then managed to repair it by myself.

In case if you haven't replaced it so far, it is avaialble at wijerama as reconditioned. But working well and you can check at the shop near to the junction.

I'm not sure about how you say "sound from ABS unit", I was unable to HEAR such a sound from ABS unit itself. Normally you will feel it when ABS activates and the sound is is basically due to the brake on/off actions happenning on the wheels. because the ABS unit is nothing more than a pump and 4 independant values.

I had a one for 2 years running mainly in CMB. did only about 9 kmpl. I was daily going along baseline Rd, so there are enough traffic lights & I am not driving to get the maximum kmpl too. Note that when it comes to kmpl, most of the ppl are optimistic on their vehicle. (they give what they eager to have)

I didn't wanted to drive an autogear car thinking that it does not gives you the "Driving Pleasure". But just 1-2 months after having a auto car I thought "why did I do it in the hard way earlier?."

Got a similar part from Panchikawaththa for Rs. 200. Had to do some small modifications and fixed. Still the auto option is not there, but hope it will work after few days as said by meshlk.

Hi, I am using a Toyota Allion 260. It's onky 3K km done. Y'day I rolled down all glasses when I get in to remove the heat. then I rolled up all. But the glass at Driver's side went all the way up dis-locating the groove. It went up more than 1-2 inches wrt to usual. Then I just make it down about 5 inches. Now its in dis located position. I want to know how to remove the door panel?. I did remove the arm rest and there was one screw there. removed the triangle near the mirror. afraid to go ahead since there could be more to remove before pulling the panel out. Any clues please?

Auto *al at Narahenpita or Darley road has a thin bucket carpet set for 1650/=. I got it recently. But it will not last as long as Arpico heavy bucket carpets, which will cost you around 3k.
