that may be the reason for some vehicle owneres reluctant to get register their vehicle, i have noticed few guys around kandy run their vehicles with engine no and chassi no for months, seems to be no problem from cops, how is the situation in colombo

if they give 'KN' for new registration k series will be end soon, then "L" already given for lorry, that may be the reason to start on new system. ho ho then we can see in ##### as old english no cars and new english no cars, with higher market price but identical apart from number . If new number system available RMV may issue numbers for additional fee..

Are we going to have new number system (vehicle registration from RMB) which consist of three english letteres in coming few weeks. any ideas or facts .. .. .

as in n17 guy told, same thing in Allion NZT-260 pannel if you see carefully, also it is mention in the user manual as option. ( if i understand the drawings and few english and japaneese mixed sentences correctly, Any way i fe its better to have that option as i'm driving outside colombo (ex Kandy - Anuradhapura) where roads are free and full of cops. dont know whether we can install that cruse controll unit in sri lanka.

does that projector lamps always come with HID xenon?, because in Allion nzt 260, 2007 - 2009 modal company fitted HID comes without projector lamps ( please correct me if i wrong)

bro u can buy this R/C with back guidance for 27 k from a place around negambo, also used toyota Headunit with HDD, navigation,DVD, blue tooth for 80k, without HDD for 35k. Also this things available in toyota lanka. if you gor for a after market dvd/ nav player, better to get down through Amazon or ebay, in older thred some member mention about one place with reasonable price for dvd head units in pettha, but not mentionning the name of the place. can give you the mobile no of above place 9negambo) if you want

Hey I'm new to here, so not sure this topic was discussed ealier. Any one know a way to change or reprogramm OEM head units to english language which comes with japan domestic vehic;es any suggesions ? any places doing the job ?

i think most of the toyota OEM head units comes with TOM TOM map rather than Garmin, and no map available for sri lanka from TOM TOM, again copatibility for garmin in those head units be a prblem, it s nice to have navigation map in same unit rather than mounting mobile phone.
