Did anyone import honda insight hybrid after tax increase in April? Any idea what is the total tax we need to pay in Sri Lanka for 2010 vehicle. I know that tax is said to be 50% but anyone knows what is the exact total tax in SL rupees? before the tax increase you paid 8 lacks right?

Hello guys, What is the better choice between Primera TP12 (2001YOM) or the Cefiro A33(2000or2001). I know both are very comfy cars. I think TP12 is bit high in price than Cefiro.

Why they take too much time for bringing brand new cars here? I do not think demand is very high because many car makers are suffering from low sales. isn't it?

thanks for sharing your experience. I am also thinking of buying a brand new vehicle from same company you mentioned here. So after reading your comment, I have second thought now. it seems that waiting time is more than 3 months. isn't it? that is reduculously long waiting time. besides we need to bear future tax increases. we never know this idiotic government tax policies either. I ll try to find 2nd hand vehicle near to brand new level.

Hello friends, I wish to buy a brand new vehicle in sl. I heard that waiting time even for the brand new vehicle is soo long. Why this happens ? demand is so high or agents do not stock brand new car before the orders? So can you share your experiences regarding this matter?
