Hey guys, I am a license holder of a driving license of Bangladesh, i am a sri lankan citizen and i visit sri lanka ever 6 months for a maximum of 1 month. hence i havent been able to go through the practical examination conducted at werehera. Having identified this issue, i did the practical examination here and i got my driving license. my question is. am i able to convert this license into a sri lankan one? any help regarding this issue is much appreciated thanks in advance

i think the l6 (m30b30) engine was a better engine when it came to maintenance compared to the big v8 (m60b30), i have seen a few m60b30 engines around, i would say the v8 is a nice car to have. a properly maintained one ofcourse. because i heard the v8 do give problems. correct me if im wrong guys :-)

i think the newer bmw diesels (eg: e90 320d, x1) these cars are pretty good diesels

The e34 m20b20 (520i) in my opinion is not the favored engine for the e34, its underpowered. the m43 518i is better than this engine i heard. i own a m50 vanos and have driven many m20 cars and my suggestion to you would be to find a car with an m50 engine. if your looking for power, reliabilty and pure driving pleasure m50 hands down. then again the m20 is 12 valve where the m50 is 24 valve i believe there is an mint condition m50 520i vanos for sale i can let you know the details if you are interested

When the government finally trys to put a law regarding the safety of road transportation, i think we all should just accept it and obey the law without trying to judge the cops or anyone for that matter, if we wear the seatbelt we are safe. whatever said and done no country has to impose this law, seatbelts on a car are there to wear it and not for show. And no government should tell us to wear the seatbelt we should be intelligent enough to do so ourselves.

is your car an automatic? it can be your engine mounts. do you feel any vibration at all?

yeah i had the m10 webber carb on my last e30 316. it improved performance and the engine also became more perky. its a good upgrade actually, but the only thing is the MPG meter stops responding. other than that everything else is fine
