tcfern 1, Gummybr & bycap, Thanks for the replys. "Try turning from Pasyala on to your left from Kandy road, Giriulla, Narammala, Wariyapola, Padeniya, Anuradhapura, Trincomalee. Little bit far but no traffic as such and good roads. Anuradhapura Trinco stretch is deserted and has long straights." Yes, that might be 30-40 kms more but good alternative to avoid congested roads. Thanks again!

Hi Pals, Planning to visit Nilaveli on 31st of this month to spend weekend there. I need an update of the road condition by a recently driven one among you towards same direction. Here is my route: Hokandara -> Kaduwela->Belummahara->Kurunegala via Ambepussa Rd->Dambulla-> Nilaveli via Habarana Rd. I had experienced road repair works along Ambepussa - Kurunegala stretch and also Kurunegala - Dambulla stretch when I was traveling couple of months ago. If someone can share the experience of the condition of above stretches and the rest of the route, will appreciate highly. Cheers.

Try Fit Shuttle model. It's a real worthy deal!
-
My choice is Fit! OK, I'm owing it, and driving it. Good head space, ground clearance/shorter wheel base, normal car like dash board, normal hatchback like shape, lower price, plenty of storage for small items, magic seats arrangement, large cargo area, and many more to love. Insight on other-hand shows, relatively high fuel efficiency, more comfort, quiet (road noise is one of bad concern of Fit), and so on. I've driven both vehicles and no any other complains over handling.

Guys, Need a help. I'm in a bit confusion, since there's a dispute over a land lot plan. It's about a ditch. What's the width of a standard rain water draining ditch drawn in such a plan? If there are any land surveyor forum members, pls help.

BTW guys, managed to repair the car from a small garage near Sri Jayawardenepura hospital. Well, the finish is reasonably good and also the cost. Lucky enough to clear the car within 3 thee days. Importantly the garage managed to do some additional paint work for me under the same cost. Before repair After

How about Autoforce? I saw several positive comments on them. Any recent visit by fellow member?

CefiroA33, Do you have any personal experience of that place?
-
Hi guys, I met with an accident today . My negligence. Right tail light totally damaged and rear door dented slightly. Slight misalignment observed of the right side of rear door trim. c******o rep. visited the site shortly and cleared the car. I'm just worrying about the repair. Finish is the utmost important. Share your comments on recent experience about collision repair places to find a better one [around Malabe is ideal but even Colombo is ok]

Try Fit RS version. It's really sporty. But don't expect same fuel economy as normal Fit Hybrid!

Thanks Nilantha. This is what i wanted to know. WiFi booster, means do I have to connect it to a router? Sorry, my knowledge is insufficient regarding this matter.
-
Yes... I'm going to use a 7.2 Mbps dongle and Dialog connection. Well the range wise, just to work inside the car is more than enough. Data transfer rate of WiFi router mentioned as 150 Mbps, will it work ? What do you mean by "slow down your internet to an extent when working as a wifi hotspot" exactly ?
-
Guys, It's bit OT. Sorry Magnum for stealing your thread . This is about a Wireless WiFi Router. Have any of you tried to make a WiFi hot spot in your car to connect tab or notebook? Reason is I don't like to connect the tab to 3G modem directly, since it kept on dash board as GPS receiver (bit ugly).

This site might help. http://dashboardsymbols.com/the-symbols/ As per this "Tail Light is out" indicator?

Only one thing to be concerned, when you buying a Shuttle. That is the extended length of front end! Possibility to kiss the road bumps thanks to our uneven roads same as Insight
