Last month i went 2 matara through e01,by my corolla 121,and i had to experience some sort of problem.when i accelerate above 120-125 the car started to vibrate a little bit.the steering was stable,but the vibration started from back and when i accelerate further more,it came to front.anyway i touched 150kmh,but the vibration took place when i go above 120.my engine is not tuned but i think this is a problem with aerodynamics.the car's condition, -rear both shock absorbers are in bad condition -rear tires are worn out -a plastic guard which comes under the engine and,another one which comes between the front bumper and the chassis are also missing. -front tires are just replaced i've heard these kind of cars including 240 allions,and premios can touch top speed without any problem.what are your opinions and suggestions?any 121 owners who had exceed this speed limit without any trouble?i value your opinions very much. thank u.

I'm planning to fix a dvd unit to my corolla 121.I checked from some shops s## l#nka,and p#tco l#nka.i seemed that gadgets from p#tco are overpriced.my main concerns are these, -it should be a branded one(caska,kenwood,jvc....) -between 35k-50k -good quality -require no extra brackets plz suugest me a good place to fix it,and a good brand to fix.is caska a good brand to go for? thanx

I had the idea to go for a 141.gave it up because of the fuel economy.

Really i love the new corolla and the vios.but its correct that toyotas are getty uglier ,day by day,as well boring to drive...when i had my last trip to colombo in an axio,i felt my 13 yeras old 121 is way ahead...really the cvt is boring to drive,and the seats are bit uncomfortable too.also the sudden accelerations are not so freaking as the 121.it seams the performance is getting back,day by day.

I really love to go for a 121 facelift.so if any of you had or having one or experts,please give me some info.i'm talking abt the jdm g or x grades. -does it have cvt gearbox? -is it more spacious than the previous 121? -any performance upgrades than the previous? -is it more longer than the previous 121? -how is the fuel economy? -does the g grade have a trip computer? I will be looking forward for the experts' and users' replies. cheers!

I made it by myself before,using the pastable white led lights,pasted around two pieces of sponge and inserted them to the covers of the lights.it looked really nice,but you know....its just made for fun,and i removed it...thats why i started to think of fixing the factory made ones..rofl

Two of the plastic guards which comes under the engine of my 121 are missing.the one that comes between the front bumper and the radiator and the one under the driver side of the engine are missing.next week i'm planning 2 visit colombo and plz tell me where can i find those,and the price.. thanx

No.it has normal automatic transmission.

Dn't worry 2 go for a 121.it is very easy 2 maintain and very gud in performance.also axela's have 'gal seat' ,which is very hard and uncomfortable.axela is also less in space than the other 2.121 is very comfortable and spacious and offerred with a bunch of options.but axela has more options such as tiptro and multifunc .121 is vry gud on fuel coz it does nearly 15kmpl on my last trip to matara through highway and also touched 150kmh.really amazing car.if ur smart then go for the luxel.

What about bluebird sylphy g11 1.5l?

Well,i have experienced cefiro,and not bad for the price.but it has these failiures. 1.dashboard is cracking 2.less acceleration 3.very bad in fuel(better if u own a filling station)5-8.5kmpl 4.not so comfortable(but to a some extent,it is comfy) so better 2 go for a corona as magnum said

Hi guys, I'M SORRY FOR CONDEMING THE FORUM EARLIER! i want to know what's best in performance(1.5l) and others -fuel consumption -interior quality its been a major problem that i had during the past few months,but i couldn't get a fixed answer.i also checked the earlier post and i couldn't clearly find an answer,coz some says gud and some says bad.

My brother is looking forward to buy a suv under 3.7 million and mainly he is interested in toyota harrier.he wants to know about -fuel economy -maintainence -parts availability -resale value -performance -comfortability and options -pros and cons he is looking for a 2000 model. so i expect the opinions of the experts
