When the engine runs for 10 min the radiator fan turns on(Electric fan), so it is also use some considerable amount of electricity. That might be the problem engine takes some time to start after engine used for about 10 minutes. Normally maruty has 30A battery and it doesn’t have sufficient power to start the engine when the radiator fan is on.

Most probably the the problem is in the radiator cap. so please replace the radiator cap using a genuine one and see. bcz i had the same problem.

thinking of fitting a new body(TD5) to old 1979 s3 SW(109). may i know it is possible and it is legal ? Additionally i want to fit new engine, please help me..
