Great Work Do you mind if I ask approximate cost for the total rescue operation?

I heard if the Battery of a Prius fail.. That is it... You can't use the vehicle untill you replace it with a new one...? It is not so with Insight ...

hmmm... I think because of the recent 'tax increase + the currency depreciation' It is costing higher than ever amount of money to import a vehicle. For Example athe approx. Tax for a Premio in old days 32 lacks and now 48 lacks.. So the unregistered stock is not likely to grow for some time... Sellers who have imported for the new taxes have no choice.. Bcs the old unregistered stocks are being sold at a middle rate betn old price and new price.... Newer vehicles ( ex: which had been regis. in 2012,2011,2010..etc.) have sensed the market change earlier than the old ones ( for ex. 2002,2003 etc) But soon or later it will surely be increased too. ( assuming current tax rate continues )

If you want a Japanese made vehicle that is intended to be used for hard work, Mitsubishi is my no.1 choice ...

BTW We know that a same Japanese company make the vehicles in different quality based on the target market requirements. For Example they will try to produce a bit low cost product to the asean market and high quality product ( may be bit expensive )to the domestic Japanese market. I donno What factors they would have considered when they are making a product to the European Market

I think both L200 and Hilux are assembled in Thailand ... Some navaras are assembled in Japan.. Though they are horrible with fuel consumption... Hilux edges by little margin over L200 in terms of fuel efficiency.. But generally Hilux are too expensive to buy...
