  4. You can find a 2008-2010 Suzuki Swift Beetle(Japanese) for your budget easily. Will be hard bit possible even to find 2011-2012 model which will be a better option.
  5. Hi All, Is there any risk of pumping fuel from flooded fuel stations? Is there any possibility of leaking water in to storage tanks?

  7. Happy Birthday @Trinity
  8. Bought 1st one from Arpico about 2 years back for a price below 1000. Still as new after continuous daily usage of 2 years
  9. Road is under construction near Polgahawela few months back.
  10. I had similar issue in my Suzuki Swift due to an issue in AC fan. It was not original fan and petals were shorter than original. after replacing fan with lengthy petals issue was fixed.
  11. None. Unfortunately SL buyers have no option.
  12. M13A engine has a timing chain. I suppose this model also has a M13A engine. so no need to worry about t-belt change :-) Coz this car has done almost 100k kms, better to check suspension, An engine tune up with fuel filter cleaning (most mechanics don't do this as this model's fuel filter resides inside the fuel tank).
  13. You can find some photos here . (google )
  14. Anyone who has done this? What will be the cost?

  16. Hi All, I think I mentioned I have replaced my radiator fan some time back. I went to a A/C service person when I face this issue again and he showed me that my replaced ac fan wings are about 1 inch shorter than the original fan size. He had a matching fan and replaced it (cost only Rs500). After that I face heating issue only when go to Nuwara Eliya-Horton plains (Think it is acceptable). Thanks all for you valuable feedback.
  17. Hi, My suzuki swift had same kind of issue. In my case there was no ''tik tik' sound. Issue was with the gear selector. After replacing gear selector (part is bind to automatic gear box which switch on the circuit only when gear is in P or N ). I recommend you to do a full wiring check when you occur issue. (Go for a long ride and stop at your mechanic )
  18. You should not face issue as you had the same papers when you insure your vehicle. IMO They insured your vehicle because they have no any legal matters. Don't raise about open papers unless they asked for it. when I claim my insurance didn't even ask about the ownership.
  19. Yes, AC is still cool. Ok, I'l try and update.
  20. Same heating problem. Not heating is reduced but not fixed
  21. I did a OBD scan because check engine light light after gasket replace. (due to not connected lambda sensor). I told scan guy about heating problem and he checked fan configurations and there are no issues.
  22. I replaced my AC condenser about 9 months ago. When replacing garage guys covered for sides between radiator and condenser with sponge (in order to flow whole air suck by radiator fan come thru condenser) Will that can be the problem? (Because it somewhat limits the air flow to the radiator). AC gas level is ok, radiator fan speed levels are ok (checked with OBD scanner) and I can here fan is working and when the heat is up.
  23. 2,3,4 checked. What did you mean by " Check whether Idle up working as it should be"
