    And maybe there are only handful of mechanics that can take care of SkyActiv bells and whistles, like iStop and such. If I were you luckey007, I would certainly buy the car from carma#t or c#l#nial. OT, I too was searching for a Lancer EX for permit but UM said they are no longer importing Lancer EXes *for permit.* They said I can trade in the permit for their ex-stock car, but there is a difference of about 3-4 lakhs. Wonder why the heck they would stop importing EX under permit :/

    Mitsubishi Galant. Reliable, Driving Pleasure, Comparatively newer, cars with service records are available, downside is, not too difficult to source parts but not freely available like toyotas.

    Just visit a online advertising site, there are vezels advertised for 4.8 mil-5 mil, milege less than 10k.(unreg) Most advertiesements are more than 3 months old. lol

    If I had 1.5M to spare for a car my choice would be Mitsubishi Galant...yum! Can easily find an unmolested 2002+ car. But then again I'm biased towards mitsus. BTW a good list OP.

    There are 2 2008 EXes advertised, only one in this price bracket, the other one asks for 36k. But like I said if FE is the key factor here civic hybrid is the way to go.

    OT : I searched for the above cars in some online advert sites, where have all the Lancer ex cars gone? I couldnt even find atleast 5 of them for sale... OP, both Civic and lancer ex looks quite stylish and other two ain't bad either. Very tough choice. If FE is a major concern you might have to consider buying civic hybrid. Just my 2c
