Is there any symptoms occur when the timing belt need a change. My car is Honda city type z 2001. My mileage is now 195000km and I just ran about 15000km There are no records of past timing belt changes I get no problems in the engine, no misses or any other.

My meter gauge is fluctuating very badly between 0kmph to 40kmph. Above that a speed no problem. Can this be a problem in the gauge or the cable.
