Its a good price for a sloid japanese sedan car. And the lancer cs is bulletproof car. By the time this went out the cs was in production for 6-7years so small niggles if any were delt with. Its a simple honest solid japanese motor. Its not show offy but gets the job done. Will get you from a to b in comfort without causing much trouble.

You can put the swb intercooler model pajero to your list too. It'll be a little cheaper so you could spare more on maintainence and repairs and mods. Is there a specific reason you prefer a swb over a lwb because youll find the Lwb much useful in an outing with your family or if you need to go on your offroading adventures with a group of mates (park safaris). And the Lwb will be much easyer to sell when your done with it. So in that case the Pajero intecooler is the best bet for you. Its comfortable on road and as a daily driver too

The disco will be old and would have accumulated many repairs by now. Expect more if you run into a improperly maintained one. They have more repairs and will cost an arm and leg to fix. And they are expensive to maintain. So if you are ready for a lot of time at guarages and a hole in your wallet go ahead. But if you dont go ahead and buy a 120 prado or v76 montero (i would go for the monty ) They have comparatively less trouble and can be fixed for much less even at a local guarage easyly if any arises
-
If unimo were still the agents i would also go ahead and buy one. But with micro as the agents. Even if it was a japanese its better to avoid.
-
Well if you are thinking about Resale value repair cost and the current condition you shouldnt buy this unless you were talking about the green one parked next to it. The bajaj re 2stroke. Which ticks all your boxes. Anyways seeing this i had a small day dream fantasy of what i could do to it. But with the time i have its just a fantasy like having a night out with Ava Taylor

Looking for a first car for 2.3 million.
Clark'sson replied to Teena_94's question in Car Buying Information
You are traveling 100km per day and its around 35 000km per year. The indian altos and bultos will be finished within 2-3 years of such use and dont expect the viva to do much better. It will be hard to keep up with highway speeds with the indians which will lead you todrive like vin diesel and lose all your hair during that 2years just to maintain at 100kmph and it will be a strain on the car causing premature wear. On top of it consider the pain on the spine. FYI Spinal surgery costs around 1million. All in all its better to get an old good condition japanese european or korean sedan not being so convern about the fuel economy. And i also doubt that those above cars will do 16on the highway in actual life. If you actually cant afford the extra Rs.10 000 when you are travelling 3000km per month. you are better off using an other method of transport. Because in the end you will wear off the small car and be spending much more on maintainence. Carpooling is an option. If not arrange to take a coworker with you deviding the fuel bill etc.. -
For the car to be stationary either the gear ratio or engine speed should be 0 When you engage the clutch the ratio is 0 If you keep the car stationary with the break and release the cluch either it moves according to gear ratio x rpm. Or it remains stationary while the engine stalls. When keeping the engine running on a hill with the cluch partialy enguaged the clutch is slipping while the frictional power is sending the power to balance the gravitational power on the vehicle. In this situation too the effective gear ratio becomes zero which is why the car doesnt move. This dosent apply to cvts

You must have mistaken it with a fiat panda which is a honest little motor. But in sri lanka there is a car called the micro(geely) panda. It is a different kind of animal. Actually it is a chinese turd with had been steped on and swiped all over the place by micro.

Well then why do people pay close to 8million for a premio which has a double din hole in the dash board. And in the uk people prefer to drive manuals. Because they enjoy driving and are better drivers. I also always prefer the manual over the auto its gives you total contol. And its more responsive than the usual autos and cvts. And for sri lankans its much cheap to maintain and fuel efficiency is also increased by a significant margin (which i dont bother about). If you are not a typical sri lankan who buy the car and think about selling it from the following day. If you are a person who enjoys driving you should use a manual. So theres nothing to cry about a car being available with manual transmision its a plus point. In uk auto reviews sometimes they get disappointed when vehicles come only in auto. Anyway auto or manual transmission can be selected so for the left limb amputees you can order an auto too

Haru and myk. Great work nice honest review. Well for trc it seems like you fell for a lemmon. Well i feel sorry for you. And the way to maintain the resale value is not hiding the truth and letting others also fall into the trap. You should rectify the issues with your car and use it and when you decide to sell it sell it to the price you get afterall you bought it cheap right. If your the one whos immediately consern about the resale it means you want to dispose it the quickest which your the one whos more upset about the car than the other 2
-
If you can buy a car that is very expensive brand new, used for a small price it means that you are buying a more expensive car than buying a car that is cheap brand new. So its a good choice and it will also increase the resale value. Lets say someone wants to buy a mazda 3 but due to the high price of the brand new car or recondition he will have to look for 2nd hand ones which will increase the demand and thus increase the resale value

Mitsu Montero 4M41 2013 Owner's service & repair manual
Clark'sson replied to Sadik's topic in General Automotive
I also want the workshop / repair manual if available. -
While the dead was awaken i might as well tell my experience. I was able to run around 70 000km with a set of pads in both montero and santafe. Recently ive deveated from the sedate driving style but still the ones on are 50 000km into its life and have a good amount of meat left on them.

Its little bit like having a spare wheel. Ive never had to use it in the suvs for the last 10 years but you keep it although it weighs a little so you are safe in the event of a puncture. In the rain you will find the all wheel drive fancy and when you get stuck its great to have it. And when you get mildly stuck you dont need to muscle your way out by only 2 wheels. And in some suvs its kind of a must.

Out of these 2 tida

As long as it can only be a hatchback go for a march. If you can reach a k12 it would be excellent. You can go for a 2003ish one. Hacked the hell out of one for 11years carrying garbage cement bags. Etc but didnt give much trouble. But when you go to the pump you may open the hood to check if the engine was a v6
-
Yes the typeR is the best of the lot but its not just a plain old civic they put it up seperately as the type R. So out of the normal civics the 1.5 is much better saw one on the road today now it looked great not too show offy like the hatchback
-
Its nice to hear people are bringing down the 1.5L proper sedan civics from japan rather than the 1.0L hatchbacks from UK
-
So your still looking for a unraped allion Buy one of these go back to 2003 then buy the damn allion
