In the impeller (resin impeller) of the low-pressure fuel pump, the molding conditions are inadequate, so the resin density becomes low and the resin may swell and deform. As a result, the impeller comes into contact with the pump cover, causing the fuel pump to malfunction, and in the worst case, the engine may stall during driving.
