I had Nissan FB 13 few years back and noticed that not very easy with the cornering. but then I got Honda EK3 with DWB and I noticed the difference with DWBt. how ever new Honda models dose not have DWB. i'm thinking to upgrade my EK3 but I really want to have DWB car

I would go for the repair. there is another chap in Panagoda area -Jagath , he also work in Stafford motors and very good in Ek3... I got replaced my cluch plates, PP ,... charged 4.5k. let me know if you need a number

Hi I had similar issue with my honda EK3. finally i re-wire the headlights with ceramic holders. does not cost me 3K (for all i did it) and installed Philips X-treme Vision H4 which was got it down from UK. ,now the headlights are very good. recenly did a lence cleaning and it is perfect. if the lightes comes with 55/65 w use the same wattage. do not use 100W one and it will damage reflectors. sira

Initially the auto option stopped working on driver side window. and the one of rear windows stopped working too. checked and notice that contacts are not functionnig . after dismantle it the faulty switch cannot be fixed as it was. broken

Hi My EK3 exi having water leak in the trunk. tried to trace itis difficult . one tinker said the water go inside the rubber beeding and comming to trunk. anyone having same issue?. sira

There is a auto adjuster there . so it is not loud sound. so when you depress break few time it will adjust and stop. is that you are saying? or when you press the breal while driving?

Hi Rumesh, i did checked the breaks 2 days ago. break cylinders were ok . only was break dust there and cleanned them . i did bleed too. no there is no break binding i can confirm that. what my gut feelings is when the drums are hot breaks are poor. may be the shoes are not ment to be heated that much. is there any break shoe specifications?

Hi, can you tell me should i service the break master cylinder. is there any peticuler time to service it, replace the washers...etc? however break peddle dose not sink. looks it is working fine to me. do i need to service of this ? is there any service period for this? my one YOM is 1998. sira

Hi Thank you guys for the valuable reply. I managed to fix this issue. One of my office friend’s cousin fixed this with no cost. the compressor - sandan was ok and only filled the gas. now it is working well. Found few things. The gas cost is 1100. And they charge 5000 for the service. This is not fair. What AC shops do is remove all the items and check the leaks. If there is an issue with condenser,...etc. you have to pay for that. So looks their labour charges are high, sira

Hi Last Friday I met a small accident. I was driving around 50Kmph and suddenly the front car stopped and I was not able to. My car was skidding about 2 Meter and hit. It was small damage for both and called the insurance then all sorted. I admit that the speed was little bit high and distance was closed. However this feels me little bad experience. I had Nissan FB13 and it also had similar issue and it was so bad. Rear wheel break is very poor. But this is not that bad but I want those rear wheels have very good break. This does not have ABS. Normally I do not apply hand breaks when I park this in my garage. Some cases do not drive this car for a weeks’ time. What happen is, when I release the hand break breaks will not release. The break gets bind due to corrosion with the drum surface. Normally after washing the car I park in the garage. So water may stay there and start corrodes with drum surface. This is my findings, In the morning when the drum is cool, the breaks are fantastic. I can feel that rear wheel got good break. Car stops quickly and not dragging. But after few min time when the drum is heated up the break was not too good.What is your idea of this issue? Do you think something different? The break paddle not sink and not even move 2 inch down. Replaced the brake shoes 2 months back and bleed the system. Please let me have your commnets Sira

They say it will come with lid and cannot remove Is there any one got a damaged ek3 trunk lid that i can get this lights please. please see the attachment. Thank you sira
