Honda civic 1.5 ES1 is doing 12 km out station. (I checked on my way to kandy. It was a traffic day and I could not drive at a stretch for a long time). in colombo it depends on the traffic. I use to leave home in the morning at 06.35 hrs from MALABE and come to FORT around 07.20 hrs and it does 10 km per lt.

Dear Bro, This is something related your ignition system. Get your air fiklter cleaned, Change spark plugs if required, Clean the carburator and tune up. Carburator Banda at Kosgas Junction is good for carburator works.
