  1. happy birthday bro!
  2. damn son!!!...is this asswipe still around???...c'mon dude stop embarrassing yourself... still no introduction i see...yeah i too would hide behind a computer if i was a lame pathetic looser like you...
  3. heehee...sorry bro...i forgot you liked that car, i recently read deloreans autobiagraphy somewhere recently,a good read...filled with sex, supermodels and drugs...he actually swindled millions of old maggie thatchers bailout money to keep his company afloat, and used it for himself. hey but i quite like the mangusta,i really envy gtam's fetta coz it kinda has the same styling. anyways good to have you back on AL bro...just like old times eh
  4. it's really hard to make a name for yourself in the supercar category...i can only recall pagani as the only recent entrant in to this exclusive club, even ascari is not there yet. the de lorean should be on this list ne?...or was it too slow to be even considered as a supercar?
  5. hmm it took me while to figure this out ,what with the cobalt and the tornados...haha...guess you must be american... anyways i have one very expensive cover and a cheap car cover, the expensive one is still flawless and going on 3 years now...the cheapo i bought off a guy selling them on the street...it did fairly well for a coupla months then the material started to come off like a powder, the car looked like it had dandruff...lol...now i use it to cover the rusted old crocs...so go for a branded imported one if possible.
  6. 750 for 10mins is a bit much,i cant see them attracting new customers regularly when the novelty fades off unless prices drop.if not only the hardcore enthusiasts will remain after awhile . it is true motor racing is expensive in SL...and thats exactly whats wrong with it...as long as things remain the same the chosen elite and the rich will share the trophy's among themselves and pure talent will go un-noticed
  7. i see ferrari effed up again...what on earth is wrong with that car,now i'm glad schumi didnt return, even he could not master that brute it seems...and thus his career will remain unblemished... and i feel sorry for rosberg and vettel, bad luck...woulda loved to see either one win instead of that asshat. dilesh, got any raceday pics bro?
  8. ok dude...i still dont agree with your so called polite way of cutting traffic...but there's no point in dragging this further...so lets just leave it ok... hmm...i have never been a advocate of drag racing, infact quite the opposite...and me and the dragsters have had our share of fights over this...but yes, they are still my friends(even gihanfx)...so i aint gonna comment on the ethics of dragging with you...i'll leave that to them
  9. hmm best drivers cars eh...i bet one of the lotus' or the carrera gt porsche or the golf mk1 comes out on top.
  10. yep this happened to me honda's front left wheel once, right after a repair...i first thought it was something major, but after closer inspection it was indeed the cowling scraping as you said and making the noise...a couple of quick tugs at the cowling fixed it.
  11. way hey!...we gotsa another moderator here...nosy poobah! ok maybe i shoulda been a lil' bit more subtle...maybe i should have used another term for BALLS...like cojones, berries without a twig, vegetable basket, nutsack, teabags, juevos, kaiser chiefs, testies, gonads, nads, bolloks, the twins, coin purse, vas defrens... hmmm...nope...nothing says balls like BALLS!
  12. thats just nice and dandy for you mate...as always you think only about yourself...and how does your dad,the lancer, and riding buses tie up here??? as i said i dont give a damn about what you drive but its how you drive it that pisses me off...and thanks to you guys and your pathetic marketing skills even a legitimate maruti owner wont be able to find help here now. yeah they've been a entertaining read these maruti threads but it's getting old now.
  13. you're actually proud of the fact that you cut across traffic??? i'm not the one to stereotype mate, but you fit exactly the bill of a typical maruti bloke and drive as if they just transffered to a car from lifelong three wheeler driving...them buggers poke their noses in to every nook and cranny that they can find,i sometimes wonder if it's the same when you guys are making love.. there are some unwritten ethics that you must adhere when putting a car on the road...and buying a car just so you can break them should not be the priority of any car owner...i know that a lot of idiots in SL do this...but just because a dog can lick his own balls does not mean we should as well.
  14. hey isn't lotus owned by malaysia's proton...guess thats why they're testing it at sepang anyways great news...a return of a legend...hope they paint their car black, like it's legendary predecessors now...when is alfa coming back???....lol
  15. well seeing as i was the guy to post as older cars are built like tanks,i feel obligated to reply if one read my original post thoroughly they'll find out i was actually criticising the old cars for being unsafe and no offence, but american cars from any era could not even dream of matching up to their european rivals, infact most are just crap boxes with wheels, with precious few exceptions, and even they are valued for sentimental reasons and never will be known as technical marvals...so not good examples for a safety lesson
  16. old thread...damn!...even the topic stater is banned useless poll...it depends on who's modifying rather than the car for example i liked meangreens transam before the new hood and the stripes, now not so much...as i said it all depends on who having said that,i think that the eg8's hatchback is a good cosmetic modifiers car along with the delsol but i would never modify a rx7(and i didnt) ,thats blaspheme,no offence to dilan and his former black rx...
  17. actually inquiring for fatalities is a good way of knowing of a cars safety, for example my 50 or 60 year old cars are built like tanks, and if they do crash head on people automatically assume that they would fair better than modern cars...but the truth is that the car may be unscathed but you will find the occupants dead then and there...because there are no crumple zones or impact energy absorbant material installed, hence the impacts full power is transferred to the driver so it is pretty normal that modern cars(even in cheap ones) look that they have been in a fatal when in reality it was much modest...the car maybe totaled but it's passengers are safe. so in conclusion, the worse it looks the better...in most cases
  18. i always use post consumption fragrance or rectal rip-one by adibadas
  19. hmm not my kinda thing but must admit it looks rather decent ...i guess it all depends on the car itself and yours seem able to carry that look pretty well.
  20. bro try ebay...there are guys who sell retro games cheap.i recently got the first three final fantasy games for the ps1(though me ps3 did not recognise 2 of the damned things)...and if you can order both from the same seller to save on shipping or you can try posting a wanted thread on gamer.lk...ripper and me have found some sweet deals through it madz remove if necessary
  21. surething bro...closer to colombo the better me thinks...otherwise only the hardcore enthusiasts will show up ne true! although prad and the gang wearing soapy wet shirts might draw in a whole new crowd neda...if ya know what i mean
  22. aiyooo...this maruti sh*t has hit the fan again...@#$%^&*#!!!!! live and let live people!!!
  23. well if all else fails you guys can still tryout the "kokatath car wash!" fund raising method
  24. why arent every car on the grid using this KERS thing?...what are the disadvantages? sorry if this seems a trivial question for you f1 buffs...but you see motogp(KERS was actually first used in racing last year in valencia during the 125cc climax, look it up) and sbk are more my cuppa tea...lol...last week i only tuned in cos them milano paddock girls are damn hot! and yeah good to see ol' barry on podium again...brings back memories of the schumi-barrichelo dream team days
  25. err...is this from personal experience or just hearsay? anyways gummy...as a guy who owns a couple of suzie's(old trooper and N series trucks)...i can safely that these are solid vehicles and they get the job done...though they may lack the refinement of thier other jap counterparts...i have no firsthand experience this particular cab but so far i haven't heard anything negative...but you better investigate what this gentleman is saying just to be on the safe side do let me know if you make the purchase because i have some isuzu related contacts that i can share with you. best of luck!
