Please let me know how to locate the Positive crankcase Ventilation valve in Maruti 800 (Carbmodel)?

While I was checking the hoses of my engine, I have removed one hose running from inlet manufold to air cleaner. I have noticed that this hose was blocked intentionally(inside the hose blocked with a rubber) by a technician . Pleas let me know the purpose of this line? If I clear this line what are the consequences? What are the advantages of blocking this hose?

Please let me know how to check the plug wires & distributor of MARUTI 800 (carb model). What is the resistance of a plug wire?

I do not experience any misfiring during running. My technician checked the contact point and confirmed it is ok. Please let me know how to check the distributor.

My car Maruti 800, 19-****, engine overhauled last year. Engine tune up was also done last year at A*W. Contact point replaced with genuine one. I can start the engine in the morning. I can even start the engine in a traffic when the engine is hot. But it is very difficult to start the engine after 10 minutes or more after few miles run. But if I let the engine cool for 2 hours I can start the engine. Please let me know possible reasons for this. Thank you. Mahilal Jayanath
