Someone must have stolen it.... lol It’s a body antenna. It’s good since there is no risk in breaking it but less reception than the conventional pullout antenna. The best is the motor control auto antenna imo, but have to be extra cautious when parking in indoor parking lots, and also from cycles and motorbikes zig-zaging through traffic when the car is stationary.

Bluebird Silphy is a JDM version and it has a better trim level AFAIK. True... BB Silphy carries a QG15DE while N16 carries a GA15DE engine, but I would say it's the same N16 with luxury trim levels. And you get the face lift version in 2004 (with new tail lights). Please correct me if I’m mistaken somewhere. …………………………… Malaka, why don’t you expand your search levels to a P11 as well? It’s such a nice car with all what you need. Stretch your budget a bit more and you can get a good P11, Specially the Camino.

No doubt that VTEC was invented by Honda. AFAIK the based technology (variable Valve Timing) was first introduced to the automotive industry by FIAT (in mid 19’s) and followed by GM and the ALFA first put it in use. Having said that, it was no new technology in the other industries such as locomotive and aero even by then. Later every one else followed the based technology with their variants and Named them. Honda – VTEC, Nissan NVCS /VVL, BMW – VANOS, Toyota VVT-i. And they succeeded in different levels. So let’s not split our hair to find out who invented the technology. Just be thankful to whomever that got this idea to revolutionize the automotive industry to a new level.

I can answer to only to this question. We went to Trinco last month and stayed in Nilaveli Beach hotel. You also could try Club Oceanic. An Amex card holder gets a special offer on JKH’s (2nd night free). Make sure when you go, you carry a copy of your vehicle registration, VALID revenue license (original) , and make sure you know the exact place where your Chassis # and engine # engraved. These little things will make you save lot of time and hassle when you’re returning after the journey. Talking with experience. Otherwise a very nice journey to enjoy, not much of through checking as well.

Hi Malaka, (FB 15) – Price range from 15 – 17 for EX Saloons and 17-20 for the Super Saloons (2003 face lift FB15 goes for around 20. Does around 8-10 in city and around 12 out of city. (N16) – Range from 15 – 18 for EX saloons and 17 – 22 for Super Saloons (Blue bird Silphy fetch the highest) If you want to go for a N16 go for the 1500 variant preferably with a M/T. 1300cc is under powered in my opinion. Primera TP12 is definitely out of your budget unless the owner wants to get rid of it urgently for whatever reason. Range is 20 to 26. Not sure of the TP fuel marks, mine is a HP and does around 8 with a light foot. Hope this will help youa bit...

I’m quoting this regard to the FB15 we had. It doesn’t take long to operate the O/D even in a morning start. May be because Nissan engines pick the engine heat relatively fast.
