Guys, I need to find out the CIF value of AUDI A4 & Peugeot 407 from the agents to calculate my duty. So far no luck. Can anybody recomend how to get this? I got the value for skyline from A...W with no issues at all. But S..n..ok and C..r Ma..rt are not responding... Any help is appreciated, so I can decide what to buy.. Tks.

That's right!! I went to test drive a H2 here in STL and found out that chineese are not going to buy the hummer anymore and the Hummer Plant has laid-off so many workers. Currently Hummer factory is in Louisianna USA. They built both right and left hand drives. I'm not sure of canada though.

Yeap. That's what I think. After paying all the hidden fees and go through all the trouble I might be ended up with a more trouble car than a car that i could check the condition bumper to bumper. More over I dont need to keep it for 5 years to resell it.

Hmmm. Intresting... So I guess the reason for the A4 being the winning choice would be the perfomance and less trouble? I used to owned a 406 D9 Diesel back in 2007. I spent lot of money just for the maintanace. But thought 407 petrol may be less trouble. Since A4 being a german engineered, assume less trouble compaired to 407. right?

The reason I'm aksing this is I can get a gift permit and wanted to know if it is worth paying 287% duty and get down a vehicle, when I can get one for the same price locally. any info on this is greatly appriciated. sorry.. petrol below 1800 above 1500cc and diesel below 2300 cc for cars and 3000cc for SUV's

Any body knows duty for a diesel or petrol Car? Audi or 407? Petrol under 1500CC Diesel under 2000CC I think you cannot transfer for 5 years.
