Hello every one, I am just wondering how to recognize a true G grade and a Normal Grade of TOYOTA AXIO HYBRID 2015,2016,2017,2018 I have heard that many sellers/Importers bring down the Normal Grade Axios and convert them to higher grade (mostly G grade) . ( Of cause you always can compare the options but this can be very easily modified) Heard this is common for Premio and Allions too. a.) Can we recognize by the chassis number series or any other number? Thank you!

Why FD4 (1.6 VTech) allays comes with a factory fitted Car Stereo (unchangeable ) Dash Board. How would I install a Double Din Set up to this FD4 ? *** I dnt own a FD4 but planing to have one. This is only my worry. All FD4s I ve seen are with boring car stereo.

Hello Every one! 96' EK3 ML (Normal Auto gear) Mine doesn't like to start when the engine is HOT. Cold start is perfect. when the engine is hot it doesn't start. I have to wait till it cold down. I serviced the starter motor then it was okay for couple of weeks now it is back. Not too sure if it is Starter motor or something else. Can anyone please advise me. Thanks.

Can you help me with finding a right Size Wheel ? Mine is EK3 Normal Auto gear (1996 ML). I got it with 13" (175/70) Chinese alloy wheel set. I am just wondering, - what is the original wheel size/ company recommended size ? - what changes I should expect in fuel consumption if i used 14" or 15" ? - Between 14 and 15 which makes the better look ? - If I use 15 can i keep the same comfort (profile) ? May I also know where I can buy this ECT Sensor from? (Other than Stafford Motors ) I rang TECK motors ,I v been asked remove it and bring.. Is there a model number or any sort of number(temperature) that I need to match.??

I think am experiencing the same issue. Morning start never fails but after drive and try to start ONLY some times it takes a while to start. leaving the car for few minutes will do the trick. Could it be ECT sensor ? CIVIC Ferio - EK3 (ML)- Normal Auto - 1997

hello every one... HONDA : people say Stafford Motors sell Original and other places (eg: Teck) does Genuine.. TOYOTA : people say Toyota Lanka only has the Original and other places (MM Organisation) has Genuine. Any body know wht they on about...

Does any one recommend SUPER REF high level road arnd Delkanda area..? it seems to me its a shop sells spare parts additionally they do repairs Only on Sundays.. their prices are attractive. but I know nothing abouth them. I have a Honda Civic EK3.. original condenser/evaporator.. etc. there was a leak (my AC technician said its not the evaporator (cooler), its two O-rings at the end of and replaced.) ran 2 months and Gas escaped again.. I really dnt have much to spend (thats why am still keeping original -Small AC condenser) Am In Pannipitiya if you know any trusted reasonable place around please let me know. thank yu

Guys my experience with Waruna is NOT GOOD... True he seems have a good knowledge but seems dodgy.. Waruna replaced my T belt and other belts, engine tune up.. He has tighten the T-belt too much. An annoying noice Came from the engine I ran like this for 8 months.. 1st e said its oil pump.. Then he said its the engine has worn out.. Ther we some oil leakes from Tapered cover... Asked me to REPLACE the engine.. Could u believe ! I went to another place he loosen up the T-belt and no more noice after that..

Model : EK3 ML Auto gear (Normal not MM)1997 Manufactured (Engine D15B) Please be kind enough to mention the model numbers of each(OIL, FUEL, AIR) filter in VIC brand. (I bought 2 VIC oil filters for my car and they are not the same.. one small one large. Large one I ve got it from teck mortors though) 1.) Is VIC brand okay ? Is Sakura any good ? 2.) i can see a so call Honda genuine air filter on the market is it really original ? (Teck Mortors have em)? 3.) what are the mileage on Fuel and Oil Filter?

Model : EK3 ML Auto gear (Normal not MM)1997 Manufactured 1.)Existing radiator needs a replacement. its a single core one. I am thinking to replace with a original Honda (used) 2 core radiator. 1.1)Anybody knows where I can buy a used original radiator ? 1.2) would you recommend used radiators ? 1.3) Is it okay to replace with 2 core instead 1? 2.) My air con continuously troubles me. did a full service 8 months back then 4-5 months later gas escaped then replaced O-rings from the both end of the cooler. technician said cooler is fine. now after 2 months Gas has escaped again.. now He goes , it could be the cooler or the O-rings at the filter. additionally he said need to replace condenser with a large one.I have original (smaller condenser-no modification done). with the current condenser High side Psi goes beyond 200 always (according to the technician) so too much (pressure / heat could result a gas leakage) 2.2) do I really have to change to a large one / will it make significant difference to the coldness ? it could block my radiator (which is not in good shape) though. Thank you lovely people... I have taken my car to a mechanic ( close to my home town) .He only loosen up the T-belt and the hum noice is gone..it's wasn't from a bearing or oil pump.. Thank god for that.. I was nearly replace the engine or overhaul it.. For the oil leak I replaced tapet packing,distributor oil seal,plug seal, tapet screws... Thank you very much.. Every single opinion helped me a lot

fellow friends I have taken EK3 to a garage(in Homagama close to my work place) and been told 1.) That hum is coming from a bearing.. better to replace ring set too ( repair kit) 2.) tapperd oil seal , screws on top of the engine, distributor oli seal and Power steering oil leaks (reomended to have a repair kit) 3.) a hub racer for rear wheel so they are looking at round about Rs100 000 job with Honda company spares. people tell me engine job shoudnt be more than 40/= . I am not in a position to spend this much but i knw repair should be done properly. can I find genuine spares (brand new) outside the honda agent? anyone knows any good place? thank you very much indeed

THANK YOU EVERY ONE... I visited a mechanic in Kesbewa (known as Honda Varuna). what he said was to clean up the engine compartment and after two days we could see where exactly oil leaks (tappet or distributor oil seal ).. if its both woundnt cost more than Rs.4000.00 but he heard the noise from engine and said 1.) bottom part of the engine is " kepenawa" . and its more likely top of the engine(AL surface ) get a wave. recommended replacing a engine. 2.) That hum noise is coming from oil pump and it louder coz bottom part of the engine "kepila" 3.) there is a single core radiator and its not ment to be there.. 2/3 core should be he said. am bit confused now. I may visit a garage today. let u knw guys again thank you and really appreciate your ideas..

I have a EK3 96 model Normal Auto / ML type have few issues need some knowledge and ideas before i see my technician. 1.) AC is not good enough for day time specially when car is not moving.. if it on 4th level some times pressure release from a valve in compressor. No AC after that have the original small condenser. done a full service change filters topped up gas. still the same 2.) have a humming noise coming from OIL pump (thats wht i hv been told) 3.) some times gears not engage at the 1st attempt 4.) latest problem is I can see a oil leak from top of the engine (around tapered cover seal ) 5.) when i drive fast i get heat meter in 3/4 level any comment well come Many thanks
