Mine is the old 1980 boxy I've asking lot of questions abt. My new issue is over heating and oil leak. Engine goes over the half mark within 2 KM and I see oil on and around the engine. Does this mean I can suspect this happen due to a gasket leak? I also put Castrol synthetic oil which I have never used on. I hear dat new synthetic oil is less in thickness and when its used in old vesicles this also cause oil leakages. Seems like I have interlinked issues. Any comments and thoughts guys?

Tnx mate. So fixing a HID kit on a non projector headlights doesn't give the full capability of HID? On a different note, instead of standard yellow bulbs what if LED florescent colour bulbs are fixed? Does it enhance the visibility?

I tried couple of couple of conversion table s on the net but was not able to get a clear Idea. Problem with carb is it is not doing a good job in fuel consuption, pulling poer and it also has some misfires. About da colour it was red and I changed it to black

I remba watta guy told me to shut a water line and insert da bolts from top instead from bottom. Din get it properly any idea?

Did a overhaul. Gave up da Idea of replacing da engine. Still want a carburetor. Checked at " BMC WATTA" what they say is to modify and replace a C11 Carburetor.

I tot of installing a 3 gauge panel on to ma dash board. Tachometer is a defa one. What are the other useful gauges that I can install? Not necessarily performance based. Ammeter, voltmeter etc. and what does these gauges indicate?

They are not related to the motor industry rameeez. Personnel stuff. Don wanna even go there. May be delaying restoration also might have contributed for those issues.

No machang. But seems like I'm not destined to be with the Boxy. It was the "Basuwas" who screwed it up. Now its at the final stages. Electrics and then interior has to be done. Had lots of dreams and ideas how to do it. But now I'm too tired.
