if i were you i would go down the path which Miyuru Daminda suggested... take the car you a good/modern garage.most of them have the right equipment to check the condition/quality of the brake fluid.Its an electronic device and would it gives you an accurate reading..

yea that part of the vid was completely hilarious. When he was asked the question he couldnt give a direct answer at all..was talking all other crap thats not related to the question.
