Every once in a while some obscure vehicle comes up on SL market. Dealers doesn't really have to do any marketing because of the "brand new car" syndrome here. Seems they have moved up in budget range for this one.

Guess 90% "capable off road" SUVs in Sri Lanka aren't being used beyond the paved roads anyway, but for some reason it seems to me like a souped up Bolero, something feels wrong with it but I can't put my finger on what It's the wheels, I've seen Boleros converted to Hummers with better looking wheels

You have the touch screen I believe. If so there is a option in clock menu in settings to set the clock. But some head units set the clock automatically using GPS.

Insight is not a bad choice at all but you have to beware of the hybrid battery state. Because that can lead to an expensive fix down the line. A non hybrid gasoline would be a better choice close to 3Mn IMO.

Running 10000km on synthetic lubricants might even be destructive to the engine than 5000km oil changes with mineral oil considering the fuel quality here in SL. Engine oil is only as good as its kept uncontaminated during its usage. The advantage of synthetic lubricants is that they tend to resist forming complex hydrocarbons going through heat cycles than mineral counterparts (Thermal polymerization, the so called sludge buildup in engines). But the impurities in fuel and fuel additives can speed up this deterioration of lubricants, especially sulfur in diesel fuel. So at the end, the only advantage being the thermal stability.
