to my knowledge the Z engine has a timining belt.. again i am not sure... there is a place in pepliyana junction called mazna motors, they speacialize in mazda repairs and spare parts to some extent also... the guy's name is lalith... 0714242464.. talk to him and see.. i am guessing it might not be a tune up issue at all.. have u checked ur plugs, wires, air filter, fuel filter, and vaccum lines for leaks of any sorts...

well. true i agree the base handling is a little bit on the down side.... but i guess if u go for pionner 3 way fronts, and maybe go all the way for the back.. u will get a nice mixture.. fade it slightly more to ur back speakers.... yeah i agree dont do the instalation ur self if u havent dont it before.. i was just talking about the buying...

hi, well the best places as u might also know is Pet#o, advance, and even the janith jayasela place in kohuwela, but my guess is by the speakers your self,, if u are a good sound buff then u can do this ur self, because the prices maybe jacked up if u are gonna buy the speakers and install them at the same place.. again this is my assumption... secondly.. what i have noticed is that with pioneer head units its best to go with pionneer speakers as the frequency response is much better.. go for three or two way for both front and back....

this seems good.. i was also looking for similer ones here in SL... the only thing is that are these straight fit into out holders... they look a little big to go through to me...

and another thing to keep in mind is the car, they type of engine, and gearbox you have.. some are tollerent some are not.. and if u push it too hard u might blow something u really dont wanna blow... the best thing is to try differnt things out.. and measure what u get.. there is a small equiempment which can be used its called the Pivot Speed Meter X this has three functions: Limiter Remover - Removes the speed limiter built into cars to stop them from going over 180 km/h (for K cars 140 km/h). With this unit you can experience the world of high speed over 180km/h. Speed Meter - Displays speeds in 1 kilometer units from 0 to 350 km/h. Also has a Hold Peak Speed Function. Acceleration Timer - Automatic measuring system allows you to track acceleration speed by setting desired distance and get readings for time and max speed over that distance. PRICE : Rs.9500/- the price is from autoboost dont know if lastitha has it in stock now.. but this is good to see what u get at differnt shift points and ur timing.. otherwise u need someone in the car and it wont be accurate... againa magnom said its experince in ur own car.. at some RPM level u will literally feel the power drop.. u just need to find that out and keep that in mind when u shift...once u get hold of it.. u can maybe get a shift light and mark out those levels.. this way u will get the light to shift... but in reality every gear will have a differnt shift point for best power transfer.. the theory is to shift with maxioum power and torque transfer.. which usually means minimum RPM drop...

yeah that would be great.. if we can get all our mazda's out,.. it will be a real parade.. unlike other makes.. out models are differnt to each other.. its way cooler than a honda or a nissan parade... i mean how far can u go with ur EG8's and other civics.. no offense to honda guys.... we have variety from 323's to the RX8's to the mazda 3's..
