Venue : MRA Grounds Pelawatta

Time : 1400hrs (2.00PM) Onwards

Event :
1. Parade from Green Path(Vihara Maha Devi Park) to MRA grounds
Guys meet infront of SSC by 1400hrs (2.00PM)
2. Gymkhana Starts at 1500hrs (3.00PM)
3. DJ n Party backed with beer n kottu till 2100hrs (9.00PM)

6.30 ish is fine, the meeting will be at the upstairs restaurant, overlooking the pool.

The access road is ^&*(&^% bugggered so drive slowly .

1) This event will be limited to Mazdas & Fords.

2) We will start with a parade

3) Followed by a Gymkhana style event

4) Culminating in a party at the end.

5) There will be a fee for club membership .

good one.. once the alchol wears off....

anyway do we have a form for club memberships.. i think we should have a formal one with contact numbers and mazda logo and stuff like that.... what do u think.. because when we hand these over for memberships it should look good from the start.. and this is nothing costly.. can design in word... and email... and have a few photocopies for hand deliveries.. any comments.....
