  1. Does anyone know how exactly this is supposed to work? They haven’t really started brand new imports again right?

      Looking at to what they do in Singapore is bitter sweet as Singapore looked as way back in the late 70s/early 80s to setup their system :)
      Yes...our permit system actually was good way back in the 80s...but then our wise benevolent rulers changed policies so that anyone can get a permit for any reason and exchange permits around like exchanging paper napkins.
