First of all let me apologize for not having my camera on me, but it was just a quick run to the gas station to load up on fuel so I didnt think I would need a camera! I came around the corner and there it was! What a beaut! This particular example was a two tone Blue and Black reminiscent of the bugatti race team colors. The interior was a cream leather. And as I pulled up right behind him to use the same fuel pump (100 octane ) I couldn't help notice how big it was. As I pulled right behind at first I was start struck and was thinking " I cant believe Im behind a veryon, I cant believe there is one in my neighborhood!" No doubt with a price tag of $1.5 million USD this car is very exclusive and I will probably never see another one in person in my whole life. I couldnt stop staring at it. After i got out of my car the veryon looked 1.5 as wide as my M3 with huge 20inch rims. The car from the side looks the size of a 7-series. Its a big car! Once the guy fueled up and started the car it sounded so mean. with 1000hp it pulled off really smoothly and as it left the exhaust note was very smooth. I still cant believe I saw a veryon in person and I cant believe the guy doesnt mind driving around in a 1.5 million house. lol.

I got pulled over with an Inter. Dr. ID at a check stop too didnt have anyproblems. You got married in SL? hmmm I might have to do that too... Congrats!!

Why can only Americans scold sri Lankans? Its not just sri lankans even at the US auto shows most people cant help touching the cars and sitting in them. I've been to a couple of US auto shows and you think finger prints are bad, people in the US autoshows steal the shift nobs off cars.

Anyone can unlock the phone as long as you have an internet connection cause the software is free and online. The App is really simple and easy to use. there are some let downs but overall I think its got some innovative apps.

So Devinda was asking about the iphone and how it stacks up. First of all Sorry for the delay but I've been really busy these few weeks and got a chance to play with it a lot more so I could give a better opinion. Well first impressions were that it is very skinny and not that big compared to other phones. It is very thin very nice looking, as all apple products are. But lets first start with the bad. The phone does not support 3G and is on the slow EDGE network which only has speeds of 130kps for the internet. But on the other hand it does connect to Wifi networks so it is fast when u are near a hotspot. 3rd party applications are not allowed. Only apple approved applications are allowed for the phone. The phone is GSM quad band but it is locked to the US ATT network. However there are plenty of unlock software for it now. People are using the phone all types of GSM networks. I've unlocked mine so I should be able to use it on the dialog network in SL. According to Devinda dialog is using the EDGE and will upgrade to 3G soon. Now the good. The touch screen is simply amazing I have never used anything like it and its easy to type on especailly if ur used to the qwerty keyboard. Email access is really easy as well as going online. The web browser is just like the one on ur desktop. The widescreen ipod is great for watching videos and looking at websites. The 2 megapixil camera on the phone is not that good I took some samples and they are posted below. The technolgy built into this phone is phenomenal the ease of use is also amazing. There is a proximity sensor, an ambiet light sensor, heat sensor, and a gyroscope to tell which way the phone is being viewed. IF you turn it on its side the page flips to the side view. All in all thought the EDGE network is slow, the other techno add ons make it a pretty cool phone. Thats exactly what I meant KLM. The convenience of having everything at ur door step. Colombo is neither convenent or at my door step. With all the modern convinces at ur door step Havlock city would be the place to stay. Though the New condo on galle rd that is going to house the Hyatt Regency sound to be really good.

If WTC people are building then it should be really good. I would like to live in a self sustained city. Especially in Colombo.

Havelockcity look like a good idea but it is a large scale project which I doubt will be executed in a proper manner. have they broken ground on that one yet? Celynco is doing a nice one called celestial residence with a hyatt hotel attached to it. Its supposed to become the tallest building in SL with 45 floors and thoese are going for a 1/2 mill US too.

Im sure my ranking is not right thats why I'm asking you guys. What about the ICELAND condos they near the Indian Embassy? They are price around a 1/2 million USD.

I was driving by and this car caught my eye. Well it doesnt look so bad from the back.

I love the ZO6 I got the chance to ride in one and auto x a regular c6 at the rev it up put on by chevy. I think u should deff look into it. here are some pic from the event Zo6 is so fast it beat my camara The corvette is an amazing car and for the money it is down right the best! The interior could use alot of work compared to my M3 but the handling and horsepower is there. The heads-up display on the windshield is really cool.

VW has become more and more expensive. THE TC is a sharp car but I bet the ineterior or the VW is much nicer. The TC is going to be a much more reliable car. If I were u I would up for the GTI which is getting rave reviews
