Check AC related relay, fuse. Seems like AC compressor doesn't engage now. What's the fan that works now? Blower or condensor fan?

I think Rumesh is a mechanical engineer and knows these carbs really well . I can recommend my mechanic ,who fixed my carb. but his garage is at Horana.

Searched for one 3y back and only able to find one with upul , malabe . (Worse than my one) Then I decided to rebuild my one and thanks to my mechanic now its back to stock condition with functioning power valve, auto choke, etc. Whats wrong with your original one.? Im really familiar with D15B3 carb setup, so can help you if you need any details.

Exactly machan!. Most probably this is a quack practising place or some cheap pharmacy guy, running dispencery using pre-interns. Goverment sector docs cant work 8-5 in private sector , daily basis. Most important factor is there are more than 40000 quacks practising in the country and all the nasty things they do go to "Doctor" account!.

Seems like a electrical issue to me. (Check switch, AC relay, thermo sensor in the evoporator, )

Sometimes this may be due to bad AC switch contact or faulty AC switch in the dashboard. If you are good at DIY stuff , just remove the AC control pannel according to service manual and spray bit of contact cleaner to the related wireharness clip and switch contacts. Similar story happened to my collegues FB14 and its due to this reason.

Yep he is . Actually I wanted to rectify thermo valve,and related vacum lines which plays a vital role in D15b carb setup(not the thermostatic valve in cooling system). Anyway its glad to see you have got it fixed .

Machan that fellow told me thermo valve and vacum lines are not necessary to fix in my D15B3 sometime back. (Which are vital for proper function).So I dont trust that guy. Anyway update us with his diagnosis.

Me too machan!. Only time I use HID high beam in main roads is behind such a monkey. (4 HIDs)

@Peri, Ha...ha.... .In my case machan, my daily runner is good 18 year old Eg8 with 19- num plate, which is bit rare in my feild and its not a typical doc car like axio or allion.

Value is already gone with the cross as lot of people use it as a cop sheild. Now some cops asks for SLMC Identity card to confirm .

Dont forget to spray plastic primer before the paint. I think thats the main reason to paint to come off. (Im having the same issue although my one has minimum putty)

Sorry mate, thats what I got to know from Tech guys!. One of my friends recently did few repairs of his pyzer and he was amazed to find head gasket repair kit from Minuwangoda.(OEM )
