machan what is the model(vtec or single carb) .There were manual 220kmph gauges at delkanda place for 8k few months back. Whats wrong with the current gauge ?

Darley road is the place to search!. As carbon B4 said i cant understand the reason for new seat covers to a brand new car other than youre travellin with kids or you dont like the current design.Most of our guys dont even break the plythene cover comes with the seats and still travel in middle of the day in heavy traffic. It only helps to preserve the seats for the second owner!

Actually i dont hav the part num , just give a call to tech motors. Irradium ones will cost around 9000 at motorkade. If you are looking to save on fuel go with new set of stock plugs, new air filter may be a plug wire set and do a proper carb tuneup.

Did you check at delkada honda place and us motors wadduwa?

Actually i got nippon denso plugs from tech motors for d15b3. Both NGK and nippon denso are mentioned in the service manual as stock plugs.

D15b2?. I thought d15b3 is the single carb engine code.

Guys, Have anyone of you know this particular brand of DVD players before. Im loking for a single din player with a screen for sometime, but popular brands comes with big price tag(70k-80k). But there are nice lookin players available at ebay from this brand, with reasonable price(130$-250$). Thanks in advance, HC

Actually it happened to me far away from colombo, at Bibila and there was clear change in idling and some missfiring. yeah, it may be somethin to do with that shed but its still difficult to belive so called authorities mate!

Guys, after pumping fuel from a IOC shed last sunday, car idling wasn't smooth and i thought something wrong in that shed as it was a newly opened one. Then i pumped from a ceypetco shed and after about 100km on the road, problem solved spontaneously. I dont know wheather its something to do with this petrol?

I too had issues with stearing wheel and handbrake cover. I bought a second hand wheel ( as good as new) for 3500, and still wondering what to do with handbrake . Are u wrapping it with leather stuff or what?

I saw few d series engines at us autoparts,wadduwa recently. If i remember right they said around 65000 for single carb(d15b3) and 20k additionaly for vtec.(this was about 5months back)

Saw it too. But its not a suprise to me, cuz i know by experience that they do anything to earn(rip) money from customers.

For me eg8 is the allrounder in 10-13 lack price range. Its my daily ride for last 2 years and im loving every moment with it. It has more than enough power to keep up with most of the modern sedans and handles incredibly well mostly due to low centre of gravity and rear double wishbone suspension. My one does 13-14 in long runs with ac and10-11 within city limits. spare parts are easy to find if you are living close to colombo and price also reasonable. but i dont hav any experince with mazda to compare it with eg. but if you are goin for an eg go for a EFI or single carb , NON RAPPED one. Actually i bought the power mirror control relay from ebay, and it costs about 30$ with usps air mail charges. I was able to locate a double power mirror switch ,locally with great difficulty. But if you are loking for a single power mirror switch, i can give my old switch for free .
