  1. Hey, Thanks for the reply MINIACE. But from what I found from internet so far, some would recommend waiting 30 to 60 days before doing it. I am bit worried about this. Please have a look, http://archive.meguiarsonline.com/forums/s...ead.php?t=14359 http://meguiarsonline.com/forums/showthrea...p;threadid=3704 http://www.meguiarsonline.com/forums/showthread.php?t=10723 http://wiki.answers.com/Q/Discuss:Why_do_y...a_new_paint_job http://www.enquirium.com/How-long-before-i...t-q2250218.aspx
  2. Hey guys, Repainted the door today, but on the way it started to rain . Would it effect my fresh paint ?? How long do I have to wait to do a cut and polish job on the whole car since it is fresh paint oh the door ?
  3. Thanks a lot for the replies, I am going to get some quotations for the repaint job tomorrow, if the price is not affordable I might try the brasso trick, anyway how much would it cost for a cut and polish job these days ??
  4. Hey Guys , Need some advice on this . A three wheeler brushed by right back door .So there are his paint scratches left over on my door , one deep scratch on the fender and a small dent near the window. Scratches seems to be not deep and few people advised me to use brasso to remove those scratches. I want to know whether using Brasso would damage my paint and will it leave yellow spots ? Few other places advised me to paint the whole door I think for the fender I have to repaint it, but for the door what would be the best brasso or the repaint the whole thing ?? Thanks.
  5. Hey I think this Toms Guide ( http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/best-g...ard,2569-2.html ) will help you out , I prefer ATI 4 series and 5 series ones . As I know these 4 and 5 series cards are less power hungry than Nvidia ones.
  6. I am having the same problem in my car. In mine, it does goes out when I rev up or put the gear in to the N position. The noise comes when the car is stopped in traffic etc. I showed it to a mechanic and he did some adjustments related to the accelerator cable, but the problem still exist
  7. Hey, Have a look at this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PEzdp7MSF2Y , I don't know in SL conditions this is valid or not.
  8. Any idea how much does this test cost ?? Thanks everyone for your valuable inputs.
  9. Hey guys thanks a lot for you valuable inputs. Yeah I think it's goood to stick to the stock specification. But how can I be certain that shocks are worn out ??
  10. Hi guys, this is my first post here and hope you guys will help me out since I am a newbie when it comes to vehicles. My car is a Corolla 110 and it has done nearly 70k on the clock. Recently I went for Wheel alignment and the guy said that the shocks are worn out and needed to be replaced. But today I took my car to the garage. After a test drive they said shocks are worn out a bit but no need to replace them at this time. But it is good if the car is suspension is raised since this model has low ground clearance. It would also reduce the ‘Dug Dug’ noise. They claimed this is done using putting rings. I want to know whether raising height will have a negative impact on my car? Thanks a lot for your valuable time.
