Thanks all for quick replies.. @ the Don : Its "Electronic Power Steering" . and there is a ABS indicator separately as well.. but thing is it is not indicating always...yesterday i had about 10 km drive and it was not there.. Ya better i have a check with A*W..thanks.. @ASROCK : I dont feel anything difference with steering. @ Clark's son : I didnt have long run with that light on..indicator disappeared last time only when the engine was restarted..anyway I will remove the battery and reconnect but tell me whats the reason you ask to do so? Guys shall i wait for some days or go for the check immediately? thing is it started about three days back and not happening always.. my worry is one of my friends said he had the same issue with suzuki swift and was travelling on the highway with that light on the vehicle was stucked in the middle of the road but was ok after engine was restarted. he said it cost 15K to replace two sensors at suzuki Agents Thanks again.

hi all, I realize yesterday the EPS light was on while im driving.. I switched off the engine and then was not there..later in the day the indication was there again.. Any one know what is the best place I should go to get an advise.. Thanks in advance..

Exactly correct..When the fuse replaced it works whole day..In both days it happens when after i traveled about 70kms.(without operating wipers). i checked before the journey it was working..i didn't smell any burning even during the drive. Tnks

Hi All, Im bit confusing on following of my Chevy cruze/2004... A couple of days ago my car's wipers were not working and i checked the fuse and it was burnt.I changed the fuse and it worked.Next morning I checked it (worked)and drove to Colombo and came back to Kalutara. when i came back i checked wipers again and not working as the fuse was burnt. I showed it to the mechanic he checked all possible wires to see whether any damages.he checked the motor also.no damage found and then he replaced a new fuse and it was working again..so I helplessly came back. I checked whole day when im driving and it was working properly..But today morning when i checked,it (fuse) was burnt.!! Pls give me few suggestions to fix this as my mechanic is also in doubt on this.. Thanks in advance.. Shree

Simple thing behind this is, say a car met with an accident and damaged to condemn owner will be paid only upto the insured amount as the fully payment.. If it is a brand new one better go for the full amount. cheers!!
