10k to 15 is fine as I know

I am using BP (dextron III) for my Wingroad.uess it's the same engine that both FB15 and Wingroad has (QG15 DE). I change it 10K agao. So far it doing good. Best thing is when changing ATF don't just flush the oil and re fill it. Remove the sump and cleen the steel mesh and re fill the oil. If you go to A*W I think it will cost you abt 7000 LKR. I am not very sure about this price, but it should be little more or less. just give them a call and ask the price.

Did you check the fuse.

Thanks guys for your expert comments..If I use a cooletn that does not need to be mixed with water will I get any added benifit over a coolent that need to be mixed withwater?

Hi all, is there is possibility of engine getting heat after changing the coolent. Machanic told this can happen since onece you flush the old coolent from the radiator Air will get fill in due to this the engine can get heated. Is this true guyes Thanks for your thourghts Sampa

Hi Guys, Thanks you very much for all your valiuble thoughts. The engine is a used one may be in Japan, It is not a re build of the existing engine. It was fixed in A*W and the engine was also selected by them, The engine seems to be in a good shape by the look. Thanks again guys Sampa

Thanks alot for the feed back. Tuner plugs the analyser to the car and told me all my car's sensors are okay. As far as i know analyser can not re set the values isn't? What Iam thinking is to put the car to A*W and get a engine scan done? Do you guys know any one who I can get this done othar thaan A*W?

Hi Guys, I need some clarification on Air/ Fuel Mix. I went to the green test today and everything seems okay and I got the certificate. But when I ask the person who did the test is everything is okay, he said, Since Air and fuel is not getting mixed (air - fuel mixture) properly during the idle petrol is getting wasted. From the person’s wording who did the test “Amu Petrol Pichchenawa idle welawata”. I have already change the plugs and did a tune up 3 weeks ago and the service also done with replacing the Air Filter. - What could be the problem that air - fuel mixture is not proper during the idle? And how can I fix this issue - Is this can be a problem due to IACU (Idle Air Control Unit) Failer? Hi all, I replace the battery. It was the problem with the battery. One cell has gone off. the battery has only 10V with it when I try to do a cold start. When I dive it charge and can be started as normal So I guess the problem is fixed hope fully and I guess there is no problem with the electrical system which can be a big head ache. Hi All, Thaks for the thoughts. I went to battery technician yesterday. He wanted to check the battery when the problem arises. He said remove the battery and bring it to him when the problems comes. All this time I was driving the car to the battery technician at the time he check for the battery it look fine. So I will get this done and keep you guys posted.Thanks again

I was thinking if it is a short circuit situation in the electrical system the battery will go ded which the battery can not give the power for dash board's lights or door lights ect. isn't it?. what I thought was to remove the battery from the car and go and show it to battery agent to see the battery is in the good condition.

Hi All, From last Saturday when I start the car (Wingroad Y11) in the morning it drags and starts. It start the way like the battery is dead. Drag start will not happen when you drive some distance and try to start it again. This happens only in the morning or when you stops the car for a long period of time for instance 7, 8 hours. Though it drags and start for the first time it doesn't drag and start if I start it in the second or third time but if you leave the car without driving and try to start the car after 10 or 15 mints time the drag start will occur again. I service the starter motor. Check the battery as well and check for the any shots using the wire mechanism. It seems like no problem on above mention devices. Any idea what will be the problem for drag start in the mornings. Thank you in advance for your thoughts. Sampa

Hi, I recently perches a Nissan wingroad y11. I guess this has a QG15DE. Please correct me if Iam wrong. Can some one please let me know does this engine has a timing belt or a timing Chane. If it has a timing belt from how many KM does i need to change it. Thanks in advance
