Hi All, Need help, if anyone installed roof pod in your vehicle and good place to buy such roof pod, I browse through google and found below image to get an idea, on what i mean. My vehicle is a kia sorento and need to install a roof pod where i can utilize my luggage space to bring up the 7th seats. Please help if anyone knows a good place, I searched through darley road but didnt find a good dealer there.

I owned a 2012 model but compared to my previous Toyota vios car its seems bit tight if you take sharp turns not that much smooth as a car. Are you felt the same tightness or more than that, meaning you feel there is no power at all when taking turns in steering?

I couldn't find the 2012 options either calling Kia motors, the guy took over the phone said he don't have anywhere other than told me similar to list in 2014 and so on, cannot think of those as when I visited several 2012 sorentos. @JayZ - if you can remember Can you also let me know what all included in 1- 10 options on 2012 version

I was looking for Kia Sorento 2012 and went for advertised seller but I couldn't figure what exact 1-10 options at that time, Can someone help me to understand. I downloaded this attached version of PDF where it says of 1-10 options but this seller said its 2013 and at 2012 it was totally changed. So I am now confused. Just want to see whether is it correct or not. And also this guy was saying sunroof was part of 1-10 options and also 4WD and just want to know what exact 1-10 options and what will be the other additional options. really need a help to get this sorted as i need to give them the confirmation on buying. Quick advice is highly appreciated. If it is from China and you are going to import directly here, I would still think twice. Reason is I have bad experience on importing hard disks as well as some baby monitor imports where they listed very cheap prices but it never get in to me. and also they shipped something else other than correct product. Later i had to reclaim amounts through ebay buyer protection.

After my ride through Katunayake express way I observed my front windscreen top rubber beading has come out. Do anyone know a good adhesive or glue that I can get that pasted tightly and not to give me any trouble in future. Or let me know any tips i can protect my windscreen Seems its coming out slightly while you travel long distance due to car resistance or something

I need my front bumper (Toyota vios belta model) to be painted and few scratches their due to an accident and I went to two places today and got quotes. I need which place to get this done. Autoforce offered me around 10k for all the work and mercantile offered me 13k for everything. I am thinking which one would be the best out of all. I saw couple of threads making autoforce is good in painting work but would like to know latest comments and experiences if you have.

Go for personal loan. I had the same problem and went for a personal loan which didn't have much different other than 1%-1.5%.

I got two patches and that cannot be repaired. Even two attempt of repairing it didn't work out and tire shop guys advised me to put a tube or replace the tire. So i went on put a tube option. I have alloy wheels and i mounted that tire on to left rear wheel.

Team, I need all your opinion on my tire combination and do you see any drawbacks on those as well I had couple of patches in my CAR rear tire and I had to repair it with inserting a tube on it. So my all other tires are tubeless except for this tire on rear left side. Would that be an issue for CAR alignment, fuel consumption or will it lead to something else? I don't feel much difference on that. pls share your thoughts and suggestions.

Thanks I went to U&H near Slave island station and got it fixed. Its very simple as said and not more than 15mts. I took more than that to brake it :-) thanks all again for support and guidance to pick it right.

Hi All, I need help on good place to repair my broken tire wheel screw. While I tightening the tire nut on rear wheel I broke the screw there. See the pics to understand what I meant. Please let me know a place to get this repaired. Currently I m running out of 3 nuts in rear wheel. Thanks all..

Thanks all for your valuable comments ....I am now rethinking again with security in mind with resale value. But when come to budget I cant think of 1 more million also to buy a Sorento or Montero.... Either I have to satisfy with 5 seat SUV with limited budget.

Team, I am planning to buy a 2011 -2012 RAV4 through a permit and planning to covert it to 7 seater. Do anyone see any disadvantage other than reducing the cargo space? Anyone tried it before , please share your experiences? This is due to my budget availability for a SUV for less than 5 mil and need Suv with 7 seater

Found out the issue. As you all said issue is with the charger and I replaced the charger with another then it worked after burning 3 fuses.Thanks all for your supports.

thanks all for your replies. I thought of taking the GPS unit to dealer to check it again for any charger issues. I dont have multimeter nor any extra 12v jack or Gps external charger to check sperately. Will keep you posted when I identify the exact issue.

Telephone charger work but seems some problem with gps unit. But is there any way to upgrade the fuse from 15A to 20A. Will it harm the car electric system?
