And about the whole auto/manual thing, i started with my dads auto and then started learning manual at a learners. Must say i prefer auto.I have driven a tiptronic mazda3 and that seems a perfectly capable system. That being said, i do know how to drive a manual, just prefer auto

Me and my friends have been driving around without licenses for a while now. Recently we did get caught and the cop wanted to confiscate the permit and give a dadda kolla. However we managed to get out of it with a bribe. Coupla times we have gotten caught and the cops have been nice enough to let us go.. I too recently got stopped at an army checkpoint and they didnt create that much of an issue..

Guys, we have been looking at a white suzuki swift at a car sale. The car sale does not have the auction sheet, he however does have this 'Bureau Veritas Certificate'. According to this certificate the car has done 16,000 odd KM which was what made me a bit suspicious. What i want to know is is this sort of certificate as reliable as the JAAI? He did not have the auction sheet, however he said it is a 4.5 grade car.. Also once we buy the car is it possible to get the whole tv screen setup installed into it..? I did ask S** L**** and they said they did not have the body panel, so im wondering if anyone else can do it..?

Sorry to resurrect this old thread but we too are stuck between these two options. A 1300 vitz or swift..? As the OP said the vitz comes with more options but as of 2012 which would be a better buy..? The budget is 3.5 mil so if you guys know ay other cars, please do feel free to suggest

Its about demand man. The demand for cars such the ae110 is more, so sellers can charge a premium. Maybe the demand for these suvs is a lot less therefore the seller needs to have a lower price in order to attract buyers..

It seems most of the coppers are out to 'get' us motorists rather than enforcing the rule of the land. Probably get a commission on every fine i guess :/

Well the title says it all mostly. After washing the car at home i usually use a towel to wipe it down.. Recently ive been thinking this might damage the paint cause the towel surface is kinda rough. After some googling i found its best to use a 'chamois leather'. Any idea where i can find this or is it ok to just keep using the towel?

Yep i saw this bugger fly by at a high speed as well. He passed us and there was a bend, seemed pretty stable at that high speed though :/ When he passed us the road was relatively empty and he quickly disappeared, your situation seems a lot more dangerous though

Yep nothing like experience, but I'm still studying and all so while I will continue to develop my interest and learn, an actual project is off the table for atleast a few more years..
