  1. Well toyota belta is 1.3 L so you know it's underpowered with AC and hilly roads whereas tiida is 1.5 L you won't have to face that. In the case of fuel consumption belta would do better but also remember due to feeling underpowered drivers tend to heavy acceleration, so might effect the fuel economy. Tiida has descent fuel figures but not good as belta. Belta has better suspension being a JDM butTiida is comfortable as well. Looks- quite personal, for me belta looks better than tiida (no offense on Tiida owners) Tiida has better leg room and head room than belta, but belta has better ground clearance. Resale value ( if you intend to) belta being a toyota has a better shot Interior Tiida looks better to me. By the way you opened another thread with more car suggstions. WHAT HAPPENED TO THAT? Hope The Don would connect this to the previous thread.
  2. Well you can search the forum and get an idea of pros and cons for both of these vehicles. Meanwhile I would say something about swift jeep model because I have used one for 4 years and I haven't used a vitz. Pros-good ground clearance and good visibility of the road due to the extra height and good head room as well if you know what I mean. Descent on fuel .It did 14-15 kmpl on long runs and 11-12 in Colombo. Easy maintainence Cons- rear leg space is not enough, rear suspension quite bumpy, handling at corners not satisfactory most probably due to high centre of gravity, Second hand market- Bought for 20 had to sell it for 18.25 but I think things have settled now. I must say we loved having the swift through that time
  3. Just take a walk from Delkanda junction upto Wijerama Junction. You'll definitely find them.
  4. Why are you opening two threads for the same question?
  5. Ha ha! Good one Jor-el
  6. since the other two are not available this is more like trinity alone against MasterDon and SupraNatural
  7. We could have asked from Komisiripala about Bracket, but unfortunately he is not available either.
  8. That's good news.We can use our hard earned money to buy something sensible.(I hope this happens during my lifetime)
  9. Just give up iRage. This guy does not deserve your valuable time and knowledge
  10. And it crawled on our latest sofa ,along the 42'' 3D TV then went out of the door under my BMW X1 and Honda veasel and crawled back to me and bit my a$$
  11. I bought one @ S*n lanka too. But it didn't last long and was not user friendly at all. So I bought this one. It's quiet good
  12. Sounds like the Labour room in the hospitals
  13. Ooh! A lady in the house . Behave yourselves bros Those Indian altos and 800s have their bumpers come in Black. They mention it as a special feature when the bumpers come with the same body colour in Astars and K10s. Hilarious
  14. lol made my day
  15. I change my air filter every 10,000kms. Still the service station guys strongly suggest I should do it every time I change engine oil. Bulls*it
  16. Nissan Cedric ,one of the most comfortable cars I've ever been in.
  17. According to the wikipedia Daihatsu owns 25% shares of Perodua , and Toyota Group owns 51.2% shares of Daihatsu.
  18. So it seems reasonable , isn't it iRage? seems I have saved 50/- lol
  19. yes bro
  20. Recently went to do a service for my car. They asked for changing the AC filter. The filter they had was Japanese and quoted 3750/- for it. So I changed it. My questions are How often should we change the AC filter? Is this price reasonable? They did not have Toyota AC filter available, How much it would have cost if I used a Toyota one? By the way the car is Axio . Thanks in advance.
  21. I also have axio 2008 x limited. The best it did so far was when I went to Anuradhapura and came back to Colombo with 17.9 KMPL. So the figures you are having are quite reasonable. An engine tuneup maybe helpfull. Continue with doing services on time. By the way did you change CVT oil at 40,000km.
