    I get this note when I check my vehicle reg info at DMT website : CAN NOT BE TRANSFERRED UNTIL THE PAYMENT OF TRANSFER REGISTRATION FEE AS PER THE TTIP LETTER NO TTIP/XXX/XX/XX/XX-X DATED xx.xx.xxxx What's this?

      Yep I bought it BN 2 yrs ago... so why should I pay a "Transfer Fee" ? :o

      yes then i think there is no transfer fee, but you better go to RMV and check what that is all about, or call the agents and check
