    Thankfully we don't have such restrictions in Sri Lanka. We Wanniye people have no water cost anyway we do have a municipal water supply but we have pipes running from a spring of the nearby mountain which gives free clean spring water, 24/7. In some ways we're damn lucky to be born in Sri Lanka

    It's better to wash your car yourself. Use 2-bucket method with a grit guard Use separate microfiber wash mitts to wash top and bottom parts of the car Use a third microfiber towel to dry the car Use a fourth microfiber towel to wax the car ( I'm using eagle 1 spray wax ) This way you can avoid swirl marks 100%. I usually give a touch-less wash using my pressure washer before giving a touch wash as described above.

    No truer words were ever spoken. Seriously. It was the Lancer which made me a Mitsubishi fan. Anyhoo, even if they stop producing Lancers for good, there will always be a Lancer in my garage. Doesn't matter how old it gets.

    @Davy I switched the keyboard to Helakuru Sinhala keyboard and the issue was gone, default android keyboard switches the cursor into the quote block instead of deleting the whole block

    Yeah yankees doesn't dig sedans very much now anyway, they like their hatchbacks and crossovers But AFAIK Lancers are still being sold at many markets (Australia, Russia, Malaysia etc) so they won't stop production in a global scale anytime soon imo.

    I too want to remove the windshield cowling and clean but haven't done it before or haven't seen someone doing it, is it a very simple DIY that a nimrod like myself can do without doing damage to windshield or the cowling? Remove the nuts that holds wipers and the cowling, pry it out, clean and fix everything together again?

    Unless you're track racing your es5 I don't see why you need to exceed 100kmph

    Then it is as same as ATF innit, they recommend changing ATF at 40K intervals if the car is run under severe conditions
