Hi Rumesh My friend asked me to change the T-belt too. I'm pretty sure i can do that. i have seen when upul change my EK3 T-belt. also whet thro' with the manual after that and it is not a big deal. How to lose the crank shaft pully ? since this auto car i believe with the gear position the engine may not run. then no way to lock the engine to lose the nut. according to the manual , i will follow the procedure of changing the t-bet sira

Guys Finally i manged to connect the O2 Sensor side broken connector to Harness connector. Thank you very mush Rumesh the diagram is very useful. the sensor side pins were ok so i just plug each pins to harness side connector and cover the open connector with abro gasket sealant to prevent water go inside. I removed the meter board and noticed that some of F**king ass had cut the MIL light wire and connect to charging light. so i restored them. so after the O2 connector restored , MIL was on .then i removed the battery wire and leave it for a 10 min.then connect the battery wire. MIL was still on . then leave engine on for a 10 min and MIL was gone. how ever my friend said some time he sees the light and some time it will go off. do not know the issue as i do not have OBD scannoer. i have ordered one from Ebay - bluetoth one which can connect o anroid phone. so will see. is there any way to read mil code ? sira

Yes, i can , i drove this car at 130 Kmph at highway. so with od off then it reached 4-5k. did not see any issue. No cannot connect O2 connector as it broken. i'm trying to buy aftermarket 4 pin connector and swap both ends

Rumesh yes perfect !! what can cause due to no O2 sensor? will the engine burn rich petrol. plugs are so dark. any way , where did you got repair your one? sira

Thanks Ramesh Not CEL indication , I think some one has bypass the light with other light. still we did not check the meter board. what i noticed was the fuel mixture looks very rich, plugs are black and lot of carbon dust on the silencer. The sensor side 2 white , black and gray, - is black is sensor output ? Dear Friends One my friend purchased Hyundai Accent 2002 last week. how ever the fuel consumption seems low also i can see the very dark silencer . changed the Air cleaner and Plugs too. One thing i noticed was, the O2 sensor connect has broken. the sensor side plug seem melted and it is now totally disconnect from the ECU side connector. I'm planing to join them but i cannot figure out the wiring diagrame. How to find the correct wires . this got 4 wire O2 sensor. Please help Sira

Guys I'm still having this issue and did not get any clue from members. when the car is cold and apply breaks , i feel that rear wheels get more strong breakes than front. they get stopped instalntly. but after driving 2, 5 min time it will go away, what could be the issue? long ago i replaced the proportionate valve due to un balance brake with re-con one, can some one help me on this please? sira

Thanks Davy Last September i replace all bushes on my EK3. rear thralling arm, upper arm..... and front . all together 24 bushes all were them "febest" from tech motors the trailing arm bushes were racing one as i'm not mistaken it was febset 110. I think that was the issue, well i will replace then with oem and see it Thanks

Davy It was a used one. which i removed year ago. he said the struct cannot compress for a sudden impact . then the SHOWA can act it nicely. so i have removed the Tokiko and replaced with OEM ones y'day and i can feel it is better now. unfortunately the left one is much warn than righ. (right one the rod comes around 3-5 sec and left one will come only half) Sira

Hi My Tokiko's are looks very hard now. today i check with a mechanic and he inspect and said it is very hard to push the rod. he compared with OEM shock which is bit a ok. (only one unit). recently i change all the buses of my car including trailing arm ,,etc. please advice me if the struct rod i very tight , will this happen. i can once i press the rod i will come up in 2, 3 sec. sira

My Friend got 2010 Hybrid car ( i think it is FD3) and got an few issues 1. Battery back has failed and got a IMA error light 2. if accelerate more than 5000 RPM , engine gets RPM vari afterwards. looks it get fuel cut off some thing like that. ( just to explain , not sure what it is) what could be the issue with ? could it be MAP sensor? sira

friend, since there was no issue before the t belt change, Do not go and do the tuneup...etc. tuneup should be done by 30K mileage and some cases it is not necessary if the pulling power is good and good fuel economy. you must fix this first . as others said, it may be issue with HV cables too sira

Hi T belt change is not a big deal and almost all cars are same. how ever it will be better if you get this corrected by Honda technicians .i can send you a number for a good technician there will be white color dot on the crank pulley (TDC), you have to lift the wheel and turn the wheel (with gear 3,4) till you see the white dot on the pulley . then open the valve cover and see the cam shaft wheel is in the right position. cam wheel also got 2 white marks which must be at the right position . if not then wrong timing.

I had replaced , 2 disks and all bushes front and rear - 22 numbers and all issue has gone. i think honda EK3 got more rubber bushes and one they worn then it will give unknown error

Friends After spending more time with this issue, i finally managed to fix this issue and i think 90% of the issue has gone now. few issues were identified as below. 1. warp HUB - checked with Dial gauge and the warpage was above the service limit . then replaced whole knuckle and the hub. 2. Warp rotor - changed them with new one 3. warn Ball joint - changed them due to above issue ,looks types are un-even warn . so may be it will fixed by replace them

Friends My EK3 upper arm bushes are worn now . it was replaced 2 years back. how they last long? is it worth to replace them with re-con arm? Or re-bush them? sira
