Well obviously this genius "someone" knows only olf the garden variety model imported to SL new. Good luck finding the ultimate paj, and with legit paperwork. your better off today with a LJ79, but they also have their gremlins. Cheers TT.

I've seen a Vitara made to idle at 350 RPM by a local grease monkey in a bid too make it more efficient.
-
What's your idle speed?

Change your sparkis, add injector cleaner in fuel tank.

Take the car to dealer, ask them to check and give you a report.

What year is the car? The A/c will become a mega headache if you have to replace the evaporator - (dash out job) CV joints are replaced by the agent as complete shafts ( with inner and outer joint) Make sure both cooling fans are working. and there is a history of t.belt changes.

upload a vid when you drive on bad roads,... hint.,.. stick to good surfaced roads,..

They now deal only with Pug, so the Sales team would,nt get you mixed with them. Sadly ,they wouldn't recognize a potential customer even if they tripped over one.

Air conditioner blowing visible air
Twin Turbo replied to Ashaar Mohamed's topic in General Automotive
This means the A/c joint you went did a good job ! water vapor inside the cabin temporarily condenses into a visible mist. where is the place? what is your vehicle? Enjoy your A/c. -
Interesting to note that this car 's production stopped in 2005 and factory closed a few years later. knowing our wise grease monkeys,. this car will end up with a diesel engine and a manual gear box.

Your better off with a Montero If you're planning on buying a vehicle with a 3500cc engine.

What's the mileage now? if it's below 1000km, wait till you complete a year ,

When did you last change your air filter?, your air-mass sensor might be weak,.

What need to replace in first service
Twin Turbo replied to Anushka_sha's topic in General Automotive
Ye olde rule of thumb was to service at your mileage,. but might want to double check with local agents as your car may be filled with running-in oil from the factory. The service recommendations for SL will be differant from Jap. If the car is more than a year old, change the e oil+filter. -

if it's new shouldn't you have free services? -
The carb model is simpler to maintain as any grease monkey can fix it. and if properly tuned, will be more efficient than it's EFI model.+ it needs frequent CB point adjust/replacements. Yes the carb hates cold mornings, but we don't have a winter do we? At the end of the day, why do we get a Maruti 800,? because it's cheap to run,..

In that case it may be a kill switch for the alarm.
-
Does your car have an aftermarket alarm?
-
Get a newly imported D9 manual, Cheers, TT.
