    Strut Braces

Hi Guys, I am new to Strut braces and wonder what would one do for curiosity sake and what benefits holds to day to day driving with abit of speeding on weekends and clrear roads... I drive a front wheel drive car and have an average driving speed of about 70Km/h. Also can a strut brace be custom done by anyone? Cheers!

    Honda Hornet

Hi Guys, I have been a fan of Bikes for as long as I can remember. Since of late I've fancied my self riding a Hornet 250. I know they don't much do on petrol but the power and the sound of it thrills to get my hands on one of these bikes not to mention the 40 horses that includes.. I have no clue as to how much one would cost.. So what would be the least cost if anyone could tell me??? Cheers!
  6. Hi MiniAce, Well my car is a Fiat Regata. I would need some directions to a good carb tuner though... Any good recomendations???
  7. Hi MeanGreen, Thanks for the cross sections, I now have a more clear idea on the basics of how water should flow through in a radiator. Well, the guy who made my radiator had the old radiator for cross checking, but he failed to seperate the radiator into sections so that the water would flow in a single direction! It is why my cooling system did not work out. In my car the radiator hoses (inlet & out) is on the same side (Inlet on top & Out on the bottom) and on the tank (bottle) where you fill in the water. The way i see it water coming in from "Inlet" does not go through the "core" but to the tank and then exit to the engine from the tank it self since the tank is not seperated to route the water coming in to the radiator to pass on to the core and then back on to the tank to exit to engine from the radiator "out" which should be the correct way.. This is what i wanted to clarify guys! Thanks for the great help! Cheers!
  8. Is there anyone who can give me the basics of how the water flows in a radiator?? I feel this is vital for me to resolve a heating problem with a custom built one which was made for my car to replace the old broken one. I'd appreciate very much if someone can give me a diagram on how the water flows in a radiator from inlet to outlet and if Inlet & Outlet is seperated by a wall inside a radiator. Thanks & Cheers!
  9. Well Regata's don't look like a block but a more aerodynamic block he he.. Yes the stretch is short but my target was 100mph, which i believe i would have hit it if i had a little more straight road..
  10. Hi, It is a standard 1.3 litlre 68 bhp & has a 4 speed gearbox and a WEBBER Carb. Yes not bad isn't it?
  11. Hi All, I have an old '83 Fiat Regata 70 and i have done 96 MPH (154.49 Kmph) from Water's Edge to Parliament side down parliament road. Not bad for an oldie car.
  12. Hi Everyone, I want to know who's the best guy for Weber Carbs in town? I heard that there's a guy named "Carburator Banda" who is good. How many of you can second that? And how many have gone to him and actually got their Carbs fixed up. Inviting all responses and opinions.. Cheers!
  13. Ok here's what I have to say.. Firstly the Private Bus Drivers, then comes the 3 wheeler drivers, then comes the Car drivers with major attitude! I have come across many such dopes during the morning traffic and they love to horn around!
  14. Hey, No problem dude. You can call him up i will e-mail you his number. So you think the Uno 45 is better than the 65? 350k? hmm i thought too it was steep. just wanted to find out the market price. you know of anyone who is selling an Uno for 350k let me know, like to have a look. Oh btw, I saw an old "Alpine" convertible for sale it had been restored. It was red in color. Ok now to the argument, I think we can get the looks part too into the picture apart form the technology in argument. The american, Italian, British, etc.. have better looking cars than the JAPS. I dont see James Bond driving a Toyota in his movies you know if anyone has seen it well let me know cos' i like to see it Cheers!
  15. Hey there GTAm! Can't let go a fellow Italiatzi alone in this forum so I've come to join in the fun after a long standing silence.. Oh btw, i saw a fiat UNO 65 going at 450.. Do u think it is worth it? Still in good mint condition with its WEBER Carb still kicking the good mix and the body is looking good, the number is 14-... Oh one more thing there is a Borgward Isabella for sale if you are interested.. Cheers!
