I get my ÁC repairs done by a guy called "Ajith". His place is almost opposite the pepiliyana Keells. Just before the bellanwila junc. Huge board in blue with A/C on it. His diagnosis and repairs are quite accurate. ( Well at least so far anyway )

With you there man. Tempted to make all mopeds roadkill, but i don't relish the idea of jailtime. Heard that you need to register them now. At least that will curtail the number on the road. BTW, what of the existing RC vehicles in the country? Is the government going to stop them from being raced or showcased?

Totally agree Duncan..........Love the Habarana area myself, and it's home to some of the best off roading and awesome wildlife. Cool pics of the event and the machines.

Thats a dumbass thing to do. Most RC's are adjustable in terms of Frequency and distance aren't they? Besides, those that want to will still bring in whatever they want. I wonder if these rules apply to the politico's and their own.

Stock 99 Honda Accord @ 120kmh on the Trinco / Habarana road with my inlaws in the car. ( I think that's an acheivement in itself don't you? ) B 14 Diesel @ around 115kmh on the Kurunegala road

Thanks. Hey I think everyones forgotten the "Patti Light" Nissan B14...........Unless I missed it somewhere up there. Can't forget the "Upali Fiat" and the "Upali Mazda", both of which were built here somewhere in the 70's by the Upali group...........Hence the name.
