  1. Yeah saw that. BTW it was 235,000 (if that's gonna make any difference ) Oh and there was this kit from another importer, an awesome FQ400. But the asking price was nearly 8 lkhs! I was like thanks, but no thanks.
  2. Sure bro but don't count on the pics any sooner. Oh BTW here's the thread which I got the disease from: http://projectlancer.net/?showtopic=4848 Hopefully it'll infect the rest
  3. LOL Komi don't worry it's the same apparently. BTW I actually tried to say that I have second thoughts on buying through kapruka, since you lost your stuff Then you took it to a whole new level with coilovers and camber kits! My god lets leave it at that otherwise Bracket's gonna kill us for raping his thread. I'll PM you, and thanks for the heads up buddy.
  4. I'm afraid it won't. The 1.5/1.6l engine has a different setup as to where the dip stick is and where the cover mounting screws are. I did my first purchase from them (set of lug nuts & an air filter) and they came alright. Took nearly 2 months though. Planning on a set of lowering springs next and now I kinda have second thoughts
  5. That would be epic! But I would suggest slapping a sticker on the 3rd brake light with B.R.A.T.T letters cut out. The purists may frown but it'll look unique.
  6. Mine (1.5l) does 9-10. May be it's too early to tell but yours should do more.
  7. Visited this place again for wheel alignment last week. Although the workmanship was pretty good, their management seems to be pretty much neglecting the business now. The phones lines were out. I had to drive there to find out their mechaic who does the alignment was on leave that day. Imagine depending solely on one baas for their core business? Came next day again with my fingers crossed and luckily he had showed up. Some of the workers I used to know have left the place. The printer at the shock testing machine still doesn't work. They don't accept credit cards now - no phone lines remember. Gave me a scribbled receipt off a receipt book which was not even meant for customers. Sigh.
  8. Didn't try this. But I tried Torque with an N16 but it didn't pick up the ECU. Just FYI.
  9. Awesome car bracket! Really happy for you. Get the grips with her first, mods can wait I guess you are looking for this. It's a bitch to find online and cost an arm and a leg at the agents
  10. Well it's 2700 to be exact.
  11. You might want to reread the question. Taas IS the agent
  12. Got a couple down from alibaba few years back. First one came via DHL and they charged about 2k for custom clearance. Next time ordered two units and it came via some other not well known courier and I got massive 15k fee for clearance. I suspect that it got classified as a commercial item. If you order only one unit, I guess you'd be just fine.
  13. And for the record, the new advertiser seems to have fixed new tyres, alloys and a dvd setup with reverse camera. That's fair enough for an additional 50k IMO
  14. What is that thing? And is there a vibrator on it?
  15. Got it done once. According to them, the shock absorber is good if some value on the results sheet is above 0.3. Well for me, both rear ones came below 0.3 and I can say that was more or less correct. Make sure you check whether their printer is working cause I had to write down the values manually that time. Me too. Their wheel balancing and alignment was very satisfactory.
  16. Well yes, but did you watch it fully? They do test an aftermarket panel filter too. Aaah here comes some good news
  17. Seriously? Anyway, cold air intakes might be a whole another story. But I reckon the thread context was about drop-ins or the short rams at most, which basically is DIY.
  18. I too ordered a K&N drop-in filter off ebay. Then I found this:
  19. I replaced a the radiator on my CS1 due to a leak once and remember checking out brand new (malaysian) ones at Dai Lanka at Delkanda. But I went and bought a recon one later from another place (Vikasitha Enterprises). And that was of a Cedia and I had to switch the bottom plastic cover from the old one to this one as they didn't match. Just giving you heads up so that you can avoid the pitfalls when buying recon stuff for the CS1. Good luck.
  20. Try Supreme Motor House, Wiejrama (0112 824916). I got mine from them back in 2009. As I remember the geniune one (as they call it) cost me half the price that of the Agents.
  21. Bracket, I got one already bung. BTW I noticed that Trinity kinda need a muffler tip now. And Davy, yeah I wish we could source the parts back then Miss my CS1 when I see your pics.
  22. Good job Davy and Trinity It's great to see the lancer brotherhood.
  23. I assume it's the pre face lift model and considering that fact that it got only the basic features, the price is just about right.
  24. that can't be the worst. i find some very cool.
  25. Thanks guys for your valuable input. I had the misconcept that if the check engine light comes on, it won't go away until it's cleared. Turns out it's not the case always. Too bad I cleared it and now no way to find out what caused it. Now I'm hoping that it would pop up again randomly
