Thanks guys. Most of the tyre pressure warning lights on internet had virticle bar instead of horizental one as in pic. Is it a single sensor? or all 4 wheels has 4 sensors? I am not using the car, its with a friend. He has pumped Nitrigon .. Could inflating one wheel with regular air can cause this kind of problem?

Guys what's the attached warning light indicates? Is that the low tyre pressure warning? It's a Corolla 121. It appears one or two times and went back. Edit; Photo added.

Reducing Water In The Radiator And Mist On The Windscreen (Inside)

First of all I think you need to I think radiator problem and AC problem is too different things. The water in front left side could be leaky drainage hose or damaged insulation in AC cooler/compressor so that mist is gathering around the AC unit drop as water. What kind of repair you did to the radiator? Most of the radiator repairs don’t last long unless it’s total top/bottom tank replacement from skilled workshop. Also check your pressure cap, and observe any water/coolant residue in radiator and also in reserve tank. -
There was an interesting discussion happened in twitter last week. One guy came up with technicality of preserving milk as milk powder. Point was that milk powder used powerful preservatives so that it can last more than two years. As we know if we keep milk in normal bottle it’ll be spoiled with in 24hrs. But we can use the milk powder even in open bottled/packs about 2, 3 months without any change. The other point was that all the milk packets have average shelf life of 2 weeks to 2 months, inside the packet. Hence do we need preservations that can last for 2 years? The normal expiry date is about 2 years after date of manufacturing.

It was only 22K, other places including colombo it was 28K. BTW I got caught to crooked seller. bottom of the radiator had two leaky areas which the seller covered with some glue. I drove car all the way from Kaluthara to Kandy never had a issue. Then I gave it on rent to the friend. Just one week and the leaking started.

Guys where I can find a Corolla 121 radiator in Kandy. Any specific place? I might have to replace the radiator because the allumium core has a leak. note: I've put the generic topic for the thread because it's small number of members in Kandy area. So they can use this in future to hunt down specific part.

Thanks guys. Yes AX-1 now is out of production.. And one reason I am so obsessed with AX-1 is the looks of it. It's always better looking comparing to XL. And I'm not a hardcore biker. So having proper off road bike and use it mainly on road is not gonna work for me. Bike will be used mainly on quick trips on weekends and once in a while office travel.

"middle of the road" seriously I don't know how that came up their . I've tried my cousin's Baja once. felt bit of controlable. But he was shorter than me. Never ride an AX1 before. However everytime when I have occational try out, I felt these trail bikes are not my cuppa tea. Another option is Kawasaki D-tracker. However I have a feeling that AX-1 would be relatively easy to maintain than D-tracker. Edit - what alternatives are there? Mainly road running but, with some off road capability bikes.

Yep, that is my exact point too. I need a bike in middle of the road. Another option is Kawasaki D-Tracker. However I prefer Honda. Price also a factor. When I checked with two bikers who has riding experience with both bikes. They preffered AX-1 over XLR or Baja due to ease of maneuvering, height factor (less height on AX-1). Both selected AX-1 is more fun ride on normal roads comparing to other two.

Guys I'm in search of Good Honda AX-1 Bike as a secondary vehicle. Plan is to keep it as long as I can. I ruled out indian bikes bue to various durability issues, etc. This is not going to be an off roader, hence the trail bikes ticked out. I wanted some powerfull bike with both road use and time to time off road use. What are the main advantages and disadvantages in two chessy numbers (correct me if i'm wrong here) 110 and 120 (also some call it "Val Akuru model" because how letters printed)

Guys need help with Corolla 121. Where I can change ATF in KANDY area. Also I'm new to 121 and AUtomatic boxes. What oil I should use? And average cost? Edit : Last oil change done by the previous owner About 7, 8 months ago. I'm giving this to a friend who will do about 2000Km per month. So thought of doing an ATF change before it.

Oh sad indeed. Going through your thread shows that you had early symptoms of gear box issue too. Topic started in 2012 october. So if you drove the car all this period with the issue or temporary remeady, now it may be beyond reparable. Best is getting it checked at Agents and get a picture of what really went wrong. BTW I just sold my EK3 after 4 and half years of taking care of her.

Sad day in my Life.. My companion for last 4 years, going for new home. Missing her too much. Honda Civic EK3 Vi, with LSD. Yesterday I test drove a 121 and realized that I'll never ever compromise the driving experience to fuel economy.

Yes its clear then that previous owners have not done the maintenance properly. Any way as per your description I think you have either EK3 Vi or ViRS with manual standard or sports mode selection options. Still this is a good ride. Good luck with the repair.

As I remember about year or year half ago there was about one month shortage for Honda CVT oil at agents. Few guys actually stopped running their ViRS for couple of weeks as they reached the oil change period. If you already have this don't keep using the car.. take it to proper place or agents to rectify it. Reason for the jerk is that CVT oil don't produce enough torque to rotate the output shaft in the gear box. This can happen only in two cases, either you used the car too long without oil change, or as Komi said the internal parts are not functioning. In either case the best option is to inspect it before running in this condition.
