  1. I contacted them, but they don't have Honda parts. By the way thanks for the help.
  2. Please can you give me the contact no of Pioneer Motors? As I'm not much technical guy, so I'm unable to get the correct one from delkanda area. So I think it is better to go with a radiator guy, but the most places I went a suggesting me to replace the whole radiator with copper. It costs around 20k. So do you know a good place to check the core? Does a normal garage bass can do it? If so please let me know a contact. I thinks a issue is with only the top part as I can see the water leak through it when engine starts. But after the guy who serviced the car applying a glue, now it is not visible, but the sponge which fixed in-front of the radiator gets wet. SO I guess the leaking is going on the same place. Many Thanks,
  3. Thanks for your reply, but how I'm gonna check the core, I went several radiator joints, all of them trying to promote the newly made copper radiator to be fixed.

  9. Hi Guys, It seems a small cracked line in the front side of the top of the radiator and it leaks the water. Did a temporary solution, but it seems not working. It is the original radiator which has the plastic top cover. So guys need agent responses. How I'm gonna fix it? Hope you guys know a better methods and good places to get it done. Thanks a lot.
  10. Guys, After the service, it seems the engine oil level is bit high. It has gone up like 5mm above from the maximum mark. I just checked morning of the day after the service. So will it be an issue? Will it caused to leak oil to injectors or plugs? Thanks,
  11. You must never leave your car at any service joint, as this is Sri Lanka. No one cares about your car unless you do. I went to a service joint near Pelawatta, to get under carriage wash and body wash, a man came and ask what I needed to get done, So I explained what I need and especially mentioned that I dont need the engine bay wash and interior vacuum and carpet clean. Then they took the car to body wash. And another guy came and open the engine and trying to spray the high pressure water into the engine, then I instantly shouted and explained again as I don't need the engine wash. I saw that they open the doors and apply high pressure water into door's edges, I don't understand why they do it as it is completely useless and it may get wet the interior too. So before doing it to my car I said no need to wash the door edges. After the body wash they I took the car from the washing bay and parked in another place to wipe out the water. While one person doing it, another man cam with a vacuum cleaner to vacuum the interior. Then again I had to stop him saying that I don't need it. Then he went back while another man came and tried to get the carpets out to wash them, I had to stop him too. I mentioned previously at the time of arriving the place that all of them are DON'Ts. But they don't keep records. Then after wiping out the water they took it for the under carriage wash. They tried to remove tires, I stopped them as I don't need. Then after the under carriage wash, they again spray water to whole body and get the vehicle to the wiping out area. Then same thing happened again as I mentioned earlier. One man came to vacuum interior. Another man instructed to remove carpets to the same man earlier I explained that I don't need it. But funny thing is that idiot again tried to remove them. May be that idiot has short term memory lost So guess what will happen to my car if I don't stay until them finish washing it. Funny ah The only place I kept the car and left was the Kandy CRC. They did a remarkable job. I get done a complete interior clean. they asked me to keep the car for 1 night as it will take time to dry the interior. But the whether was not good at the time so they asked me another night. once I received the car they have done a remarkable job there. I'm really satisfied with them and they are really care of the customer. I contacted a guy called Mr. Shantha, such a nice person to work with. explained everything they are doing to the car with detailed. And all of them have done. I mentioned some DON'Ts at the cleaning, they have done accordingly as I mentioned. Thanks should go to Evergreen for directing me there.
  12. Hi Guys, I guess this is just related to the heating issue although it doesn't have any changes in the heating guage. A few days back I noticed that the extra water tank for radiator is completely empty, then I filled up water again to Max level. Then today I got the car to a service, then the service guys showed me a leak in the radiator. It is just below the cap of the radiator (head part of the radiator, not in the pipe lines). It seems a tiny crack. They told that the top part of the radiator need to be removed and need to fix a newly made one. As I didn't have time for it today, they just able to fix it with a temporary solution by applying some brake pad dust with supper glue. Luckily it is working still, But I'm not willing to keep such things in my car. So guys how can I get it repaired permanently. Any recommended ways and place? Thanks a lot.
  13. This is what I'm experiencing as well, but when driving night time on the 5th gear around 60-80kmph, I have noticed the gauge goes down a little bit than the normal level. And again it rises to the just below half mark when the car gets slower down.
  14. When It comes to bushes and shocks, are there impacts on them if the tires used are low profile? Any experiences you guys had?
  15. Ok thanks for the info.
  16. Guys where we can find 3M items, I'm looking for 3M car wax.

  18. Can I know the place where I can find Zaki please?
  19. No Idea about aluminium polish. But for the tires you can use Tire shines like Dash, Britol which is cheap but do the work well. And if you want expensive once go for a brand like Abro.
  20. Ah that's the secret you looking for used shocks for the rear.
  21. macroxx, how much did you cost so far for the suspension thing? And Guys, how much will it cost for complete suspension change if genuine parts used? (EK3)
  22. This can be corrected easily, It cost me only Rs 200 or 300 for all four doors. What they did was re-sharpening the worn nylon bushes.
  23. I replaced the Distributor oil seal, and now I'm having issues with the performance and detonation noise comes if you press the accelerator bit fast. I brought the my ek3 to several places but the problem still there even to agents too. They also tried and adjusting the distributor but still I don't have the previous performance of the vehicle and the noise also still there. here is the original thread I discussed the issue.
  24. Yeap, one of my friend also order one for 13.95 a few weeks ago. His car will be here around May 2011.
  25. No oily smoke at all even at high rpm. But they were oily look on throttle body and 2 spark plugs' color has changed to some what violet. And other thing they told was the fuel pressure. They checked with a meter, it indicated a value some where around 2.5. According to them that value should be 3.5. And other thing I noticed after the clean up, the accelerator is really smoothly pressing, earlier it was bit hard to press.
