It depends on the engine and driving style usually the single carb and the VTEC does about 9-10kmpl in city running.The twin carb does about 8-9kmpl in city running Full option means that it consist of Power Steering,A/C,Power Shutters,Power mirrors

I too feel that K&Ns are not suitable for S.L. Specially the cone ones.One of my friends had a cone filter and there was a lot of Dust inside the Throttle body and the MAF.Finally he fixed the Stock air filter
