you will not regret going through the old fashioned way and having the manual license dude. imho for a girl lets say its ok to have a auto only license, but for a guy a manual license is a must. Say in an emergency you wont know what vehicle you may have to drive, also generally speaking with an auto you wont be able to get the same driving pleasure as with a manual.

If he has bought it brand new and he is the sole owner then it can be true. But still I doubt 53000km is genuine for a car that was manufactured in 98. Anyways donot rely on the millage, do a proper inspection of the car, specially because of the owner claims that he haven't driven it much. Even if the car is in very good condition and say the millage is genuine, as most of the members said 1.75m is too much for a FB14. imo 1.55m would be a good deal for this ex-saloon.

probably the garage guys didnt start the car at all, so the battery could have hold a charge for you to run for a day. when you switched on the headlights A/C etc the remaining juice in the battery got drained, and because of the alternator problem the battery never got charged. It could very much be an alternator issue. probably loose connections etc due to garage peoples handy work. Better get the alternator and battery checked out by a good electrician.

sounds like a battery or alternator issue. If you have jumper cables, see if you can jump start the car from your sisters car battery. other wise you can swap the batteries and see. I assume both are petrol cars. If you can start the car that way, find a volt meter, turn on you a/c. head lights etc and quickly check the voltage coming from the alternator is within range (14v ~ 14.5v) if its below that it could be an alternator issue. It also could be a simple case like loose terminals. Try searching the forum, this issue has been discussed before.

though at a first glance the interior looks good in the manza, does not mean that Indians can match the Japanese or Euro quality, maybe it can happen in a few years time but not as yet. It probably even feel comfortable brand new, but in the long run I doubt those parts will hold together like a jap or euro car does. I have seen lot of bad reviews in the net about the cheap plastics and bad finishing in the manza interior. But I do agree interior is better looking than any other Indian crap.

dude use some software like photoshop. You can even do it with Microsoft Paint. just drag and drop your photo into ms paint, press ctrl+R, adjust horizontal and vertical % and save it. nothing to it, just as easy as you replied to this dead thread
