#Lots of features {I would like to known the features that can out match some of the second hand and brand new cars that were produced within 1990 upto 2011 at a goinig price between 1.3mil and 3.7mil} #Comfort compaired to others in the range {Hmmm which make are you having in mind} # Great performance {Please elaborate}

1. Check if you secondary air pump is working, thats the main contributor for airflow during cold startups. Also check your thermostat as it sends out readings to your ecu telling it whether the engine is cold or at running temp and alters the engines rev. A good way to check if your thermostat is functioning would be to switch the A/C off and power up your car, If you see the fans working then u found ur problem. "Do it first thing in the morning", I had the same problem and replaced the thermostat it had been fully open by some fellow and the ecu throught that the engine was hot and kept the fans working for 15min even when the key was removed from the car. 2. This could be your ignion pack they are a common issue, are u experiencing it when u try giving it some gas... e.g overtaking 3. Well this has so many factors, this is what i did to bring it from 5kmpl to 8kmpl Replaced ignition wire,coil and plugs Replaced egr value Replaced bank(2) O2 sensor Cleaned Injectors Throttle was electronic so couldnt do much... Plugged the diagnostic tool and fixed everything it had reported... upto now its zero faults.... and does 8 to 9 depending on how i drive... What i have mentioned is specific to VW otherwise... just give Ruwan a call.. he will sort you out....

My advice would be not to find cheap solutions for important parts of your vehical. "Good things in life dont come cheap"

You could buy a EURO that does around 10kmpl (city) for even less than the amount u can afford, between the year 2000 and 2004... plus it will have more features than all of the japs in that price range OR even higher... Give it a thought....

I was doing around 120km and had the shock of my life when this ALLION ASS came on to me and wriggled his way through 5 vehicals. I sent a radio message to bugatti saying to watch our coz he was with his kid and few of my friends were with there kids as well in there own vehicals in front of me. I hope he hits a tree and dies so no one else would get hurt in the future....

if 10kmpl is not enough....try running it on neutral.. u should get better mileage... LOL

Dont worry about parts... Taiyo brings down body parts for VW Audi and BMW's etc... repairs well Ruwan is the guy, I'v maintained my V'Dub from day 1 with him... dont ever try taking a VW or Audi to some guy in palawaththa.... Indika (Alfa) guy also does VW's... on a low profile... I usually stock parts from ebay and Rohantha...main reason being that i want the best for my V'Dub not second hand crap..... so when a part gives out.. i simply replace.... Remember if your planning to hack the vehical then ur better off buying a jap...... you need to love a euro to own a euro otherwise its gonna be a proposal gone wrong..very very wrong...... plus u need the balls to own one too. So go for it.......
