  1. Following are the links for Corolla 141 year 2011 Owners Manual. http://www.toyota.com/owners/web/pages/resources/owners-manuals?p_p_id=changemodelyear_WAR_toyotaownersonlineportlet&p_p_lifecycle=1&p_p_state=normal&p_p_mode=view&_changemodelyear_WAR_toyotaownersonlineportlet_action=processRequest&_changemodelyear_WAR_toyotaownersonlineportlet_javax.portlet.action=processRequest http://www.toyota.com/t3Portal/document/om/OM12D65U/pdf/sec_04-02.pdf http://www.toyota.com/t3Portal/document/om/OM12D65U/pdf/sec_04-03.pdf http://www.toyota.com/owners/web/pages/resources/maintenance Anyway it seems it is for Toyota USA. I have now Corolla 141 English owners manual (2011 , imported from Japan) with me and upload relavent pages by tomorrw. Can someone guide me how to upload attachments with high capacity to forum.
  2. Don, thanks for your comment. That workshop is “Senpathi Motors” at Thalawathugoda Mr.Sarath - Mob: 0777706609 When you come from Battaramulla to Thlawathugoda junction side , just before Thlawathugoda junction, on your left hand side, there is a Perera & Sons shop. Together with the Perera & Sons shop, there is a road to left hand side and work shop is at second land from the Perera & Sons shop. This is not a very big workshop, but all the time I received very reliable and quality service. Spare parts for Japanese Alto HA11S are bit difficult to find out due to very limited car population here. We bought our brand new Japanese Alto HA11S car in 1999 from Browns Motors. At that time Browns Motors was the agent for Japanese Suzuki and A M W was the agent for Indian Maruti Suzuki. Later A M W became the agent for Indian Mariti Suzuki as well as for Japanese Suzuki. So finding parts for HA11S became bit difficult. So whenever I had a problem with my Alto HA11S , I handed over the vehicle to Mr.Sarath and he could find exact parts for the model and I didn’t have any burden. So, trinity try with Senpathi Motors.
  3. Perodua Kelisa is based on fifth generation Daihatsu Mira (L500). http://en.wikipedia..../Perodua_Kelisa http://en.wikipedia....i/Daihatsu_Mira
  4. Machan, You do followings too.. (1) You check with A M W work shop at Kitulwatte (next to golf ground) . Don't contact them over the phone , you yourself or your friend go there and check with them. They may have it. I got a original signal light cover from this place which I couldn't find from Panchikawatta. (I think this place is better than A M W spares at Panchikawatta ) (2) All repairs of my car done by a workshop at Thlawathugoda. Since publishing his contact details may violate the forum rules , I will send you his contact details to your inbox. Whenever I had a problem , I handed over the vehicle to him and he could find exact parts for the model and he is very reliable too.
  5. I think you are talking about Japanese Suzuki Alto HA11S with 660cc engine. I also previously had a car of this model and very difficult to find out parts for this model. Try with Padma Motors, Kadawatha located at the beginning of Kadawatha - Ragama road near to Kadwatha Bank of Ceylon. (Sorry I don't have their contact number). Sometimes they have some rare stuff also.
  6. My sister uses an Alto (Indian 2009, bought brand new), up to now no problem had with it. Obviously, its quality is lower than a Japanese one, but if the mileage is lower and if you need a basic car at a reasonable price, it may be worth. We also have a brand new Maruti Suzuki Wagon R (bought brand new,2008) and already 50,000km completed without any problem. But careful proper maintain is required. You may consider all points like its correct mileage, present condition and the price and you can decide it. But one thing I must mention, if you buy an Indian Alto, please remove side mirror set and replace with a Japanese set or better quality set. Side mirror quality of Maruti 800 & Alto is worst. Please search previous topics regarding Indian Alto in this forum and I think you will be able to find out more details.
  7. (1) If I give relavent pages from a owners manual of brandnew Toyota Corolla 141 (year 2011) Auto, is it correct for Axio? (2) sampath78 : What is the manufacturing year and month of your Axio?

  10. Dude, It seems now small number plates are needed to fix on door handles of viva elites (it helps when remote does not work) due to higher car population.
  11. Mate, don't trust about Friday ....Same thing thing can be repeated on Friday. Check with Police again that can you do something with them. Also check the options with a lawyer. My uncle also faced same kind of situation and it postponed twice and now waiting for mid of March. Now I have changed my ideas. Whenever I can get settled with Traffic Police what ever way, I will do that. Because I don't have time, money and energy to waste. Minor traffic offence is not a murder case. Why so much postponing at courts? So sad about this situation in our country.

  20. Mitsubishi Engine Numbers (according to an article which I read some times ago) 1st digit says the number of cylinders/pistons 2nd letter says the type of fuel. So here for 3G83 3 - Three cylinders G- Gasoline If we consider 4DR5 engine 4- Four cylinders D-Diesel

(Examples: snow chains fix to wheels, special tires with spikes to use on snow, heating side mirrors .....etc.) Members those who have knowledge on such items, please share your knowledge and experience with all of us.
