Mine is a 1500cc mate...have u experienced the same thing???As I said in my previous post, I didn't experience much difference in 121 and axio when it comes to acceleration or power, except axio had smooth gear shifting compared to the 121.I don't know whether you're 121 is having an issue or not, but you mentioned last ATF change was on 97 k and now the mileage is 130k. So it is better to change ATF.

But terra this is not under the seat ne. It's more like in front of the seat. Anyway, does the umbrella come free with every axio you purchase?

I've driven both these cars(1500cc ) and when it comes to power or acceleration, I haven't felt much difference except for the smooth gear shifting of the axio due to CVT gear box.What is the engine capacity of the 121 you mentioned? If it is 1300cc, what you've experienced is quite understandable.

Coloni@l brings down Mazda 3 Non-Skyactiv (1.6L) ICE for 6 million rupees. They say it's the only version of Mazda 3 that they import. They also bring down Mazda 6 Skyactiv 2.0L for 7 million rupees. So my point is why can't they bring down a Mazda 3 Skyactiv 1.5G to SL. If they do so ,they will be able to give it for something around 6.5 million rupees. Don't you think iRage? By that , we'll be able to have a 3 with Skyactiv technology and a comparatively new gear box for a reasonable price. (not to mention the 3 they bring down here has the old 4 speed AT) And also we'll get the additional features such as Bi-xenon discharge lamps and day time running lamps.

I started typing before you replied Supra. So if I have repeated somethin you've already posted, I beg your pardon. As Supra said you get more bells and whistles in Axela hybrid such as *Active driving display *Bi-xenon discharge lamps *Day time running lamps These options do not come with Mazda 6 2.0L but the latter two are available with 2.5L one. I'm not sure about the Active driving display though. Anyway 6 is a better choice IMO

Mazda axela in local vehicle sales is the 2.0L Skyactiv Hybrid whereas Mazda 6 you can get through Coloni@l is a Skyacive 2.0L (also 2.5L available) and it's a non-hybrid. It's always better to go for a car you can order brand new through agent with warranty.(In this case the Mazda 6, as I remember 100,000km or 3 years warranty-whichever occurs first) Saying Mazda 6 is under powered is total BS. You can also refer to the thread by SupraNatural on Mazda 6 which ended up him buying one. As he says it's surprisingly fuel efficient for it's size. But won't do as good as Axela since it's a hybrid. And also axela is a compact sedan whereas 6 is a mid-sized sedan. So you obviously get better cabin space and trunk space with 6 .

You are correct iRage. Here I'm just trying to compare the axelas and 3s we find in Sri Lanka. I know there are a lot more out there other than what we get here. I'm only comparing *Mazda 3 - 1.6L (Non-Skyactiv) ICE which is the only thing we can get through agents & *Mazda Axela -2L Skyactiv (Hybrid)

Active Driving Display comes as a standard option for Mazda Axela Hybrid (Skyactiv) 2.0L for both S and S-L packages. *Mazda 3 imported through agents does not include this option .

Fog lamps are standard for Hybrid G.

That's true terra. That's why I mentioned the grade as " Axio Hybrid (x) in brackets because people are used to mention this as x grade but actually it's just "Axio Hybrid"

As I know, there's no intermediate grade for Axio 165, other than Hybrid G Hybrid (X) On the other hand previous model Axio 141 used to have an intermediate grade known as X-Limited. The differences between Axio 165 grades can be understood by simply searching through Autolanka classifieds .
